To achieve skies like these in your game, you're limited in controlling the weather on an online server. However, you can adjust the weather style in Pure Planner to Few Clouds, Scattered Clouds, or Broken Clouds. Set the time from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM to capture the sunset and these atmospheric effects. Experiment with this approach in single-player mode for optimal results!

if you havent bought any tiers make sure your on a no hesi public server, make sure you have all the cars and maps downloaded, if you dont have the Asseto Corsa DLCs make sure you join a no DLC server or buy the dlcs
Somehow, after doing everything (except the date, that didn't work because different location and stuff), my game still seems to look a slight bit less sharp than yours. The reflections seem way less detailled and the contrast feels off. Also, the reflections constantly flicker in and out of reality.
Also, what map are you driving on?
the map was shutoku revival project, and the variant was Shibaura PA traffic. search up SRP assetto corsa and the top result is the map pack. they are all the same track but just different lengths. shibaura has the entire thing, the others don't. if you want, you can get the no hesi carpack, put on the trackday mode, then add a lot of those cars on. when you load up shibaura PA traffic (IT HAS TO BE THE TRAFFIC VERSION), there will be cars that you can overtake.
also, on content manager, go to the CSP tab, then New AI Behavior, and make sure it is active. then when you load in, you should have the same stuff he has. not graphic wise though, but the map and cars will be the same.

nah you cant do it in a server only a private game. but, you can adjust graphic settings

How I record my clips is I drive in normal conditions. Then in replay set wetness to 100%.

not sure try wet tires with traction on and reduce the wetness to where its still visibly wet but you don't lose traction easily@@chaoticnebula_

Can’t do it on no hesi servers. I asked in their discord and it’s basically set and can’t be touched. You can mess with it in the replay tho if you’re making content.
you can adjust the clouds and stuff tho just no weather that can affect physics of the car

My pc always just shuts off my pc specs are 3070 and. Ryzen 5800x
it could be overheating that the biggest problem with a pc randomly shutting off if your not technically inclined ask a friend or family member to check it out and if you aint got one tough luck
how is your ground so wet? mine looks totally normal and is dry. Wettness doesnt change anything

it wont change in a server only in a private game but some servers have weather themselves and if it rains it the server the ground should change
you need a csp preview to get rainfx only thebn you have a visualy wet ground

It's a good tutorial, but i have a problem with csp. if i install a csp that have rain fx my game gets super laggy and all the colors turn gray and i have a black sky. im on 20fps but with 4070 which could handle it easily so i don't know what is the problem (FIXED)

Nah, it would be low fps, I used to have a 1650 and it was unplayable. Upgraded to a 3060ti
