Honestly the theory that the people who were murdered is what puts the spotlight on the killer makes sense. There’s a reason the highway of tears still doesn’t get a lot of media coverage. And it’s not because bodies just stopped appearing.
You are not factoring in the white serial killers that don't get caught. Based on white folks not suspecting other white folks and white cops that let there folks off with warnings vs using the probable cause excuse to search their person like they do to socalled black folks.
My thoughts exactly..
