when U opened the stepper motor, what were u looking for ? I have a different model of it, it has different wiring, why did u pick those 4 wires and skipped the other two ??
SIMPLE damaged stepper by removing the rotor. The high strength rotor magnet requires a magnetic path to retain its strength. Pulling the rotor out creates a large air gap in the field and severely degrades the field strength which does not return when the rotor is reinstalled. When the motor is made the field is maintained while inserted into the stator.
Also there is no way SIMPLE gets 1kW even with a good stepper of the size he used.

yes, red motor is the powering everything, but the red motor is a gasoline mechanical motor, it is transfering the energy to the stepper motor, then the stepper power is converted to AC electricity via the DC to AC inverter. get it?
