Thanks for the video. A suggestion though. If you don't mind. You might want to edit the video so it speeds through the process of taping, cutting, etc. so the viewer doesn't have to.

You actually packed the 4 piece mirror wrong. Keep your inner and outer pieces the same on the top and bottom and you'll keep your seams the same.
This guy definitely knows how to pack, but I would still have to train him to work for me. 18 years and $5.3 million dollars worth of packed boxes will teach you (almost) every trick in the book.
