This is such a sad and powerful song. Unlike Black vow, White vow tells Miku's side of her love starting with right after Rin disappears and she feels so much sorrow that she actually forgets her angel but not how much she loves her. She feels a void in her heart because she never acknowledges her angel as the one she loves but rather pushes her away in shock. She remembers the love she feels more strongly when Len (the boy) comes along but she still feels empty inside because deep in her heart she knows she still betrayed her angel by not reciprocating her love originally. Only when the boy sacrifices his life for her does she remember her angel and the pain she caused her. She cries in the end because she knows that she lost her love twice and can never tell her of her true feelings. Yet she hopes that one day they can meet again, just as her angel does, so they may love each other equally. That is her white vow. So tragic.

I feel like this song is even more emotional and powerful than black vow. Miku, the whole time knew something was wrong... And she has to live with her grief and suffering day to day for the rest of her life. Wow.... This one made me tear up.
The sad thing is, they can't be together (in like, forever) because in Black Vow, it was stated that 'When the fruit of sin decay, they can meet again.' But Miku vowed to keep on loving Rin/Len, believing that she can meet her/him again if she did so.
So yeah.
I think what in means by that is that when Miku dies ( the fruit of sin decays) since Miku is now pretty much just sin after sin. Due to the fact that she has so many sins, she'll go to hell where Rin/Len is ( because he made a contract with the devil giving is soul to him). That's just my opinion tho.

One second you're extremely happy and cheerful, then you see a new video, then *BAM* no more happiness, only tears and feels. I seriously don't understand how people can say that Vocaloids are just robots and don't have any emotions. I cried mostly over the pain and regret in Miku's voice than over the lyrics!!! ToT

My first song was kakuri pierrot,which i get from my friend (only audio,so i didnt see the translation) and when i listened to it i was like "wha?wow japanese people have a lot of free time" and also told her that a robotic voice lacks feeling and other bullshit until i found the story of evil,trust me there isn't a song that can make me cry as servant of evil,every time i listen to it i swim in my tears TTwTT well to make long story short, after that i started to search for other songs and i understood that the matter isn't if it is real of a robot, but the story that it sings, you have to listen with your heart if you want to understand the real beauty of a song. If you've seen/listened to Black Vow and know the story, you'll notice that the parts in this song that describe the events of Black Vow where Miku was interacting w/Len/Rin are harmonized. So when Miku talks about her love for Rin, Rin is harmonizing and when she talks about being with Len, Len is harmonizing. Otherwise, it's just Miku :]

Just explaining, This is Miku's part out of the black vow series, in the beginning Miku's clearing up her small feelings for Rin but Rin went away and came back as Len because she thought Miku wasn't into girls, so Miku fell in love with ''Len" abandoning her real husband and this angered the gods and then sent Kaito to kill Miku but Rin/Len saved her and now Miku is sad...The end

Again, I write he ‘feels he loves Rin more’, but if you truly love someone, you want them to be happy (as Rin/Len was almost willing to allow Miku to do, feeling they had arrived too late now that Miku was marrying) you wouldn’t destroy what/who made them happy if you truly love someone.
miku and rin love each other but miku doesnt relize that she loves rin. later rin made a deal that miku would forget about her and she will become a human boy.after that len(rin) and miku met each other and miku ditch the wedding with mr.iceburg and went of with len(rin) .rin partner an angel name kaito came to make a deal with miku but she refuse so he shot her and miku dies. later when len(rin) found out she made another deal to bring miku back alive and sacrifice herself.

the black bride was the one who suffered the most here. it may sound obvious but i only really just though about it. i mean, she falls in love with someone she’s not supposed to and then has to live with those feelings, unable to act on them. afterwards she has to watch the one she loves leave her, causing her even more distress and pain. im not sure if she knows its the angel or not, but she has temporary relief after meeting someone else, but she is soon punished for that too, and soon after loses that happiness. she then has to live with that grief forever.
Based on the novel, I highly doubt that Miku will love Rin, there is no time when she really feels love for her, every time Miku felt attracted to Rin, it was when she dressed as a boy.And this is reflected in Rin's wish "I want to be the person that Miku likes", she doesn't want to be human, but a boy, also in the end, the only one who mentions Rin, is Lily.
Which makes me sad, because on top of that in the novel they skipped this beautiful song :c.
Oh, and Miku always knew that Rin was an angel, in fact, that's why they meet in a church

I really hate that they skipped this song in the light novel, implying that Miku is just a childish and doesn't even mention her feelings for Rin, leaving the doubt that she loved to "Len" more than Rin, even at the end of the song, he sings more with Miku than with Rin..
They also imply that Rin fell in love with Miku, because she reminded him of Mikuo, who was his first love and it's all pretty confusing.

I'm unsure if this was a big thing in Japan too but homosexuality was a lot more forbidden then it is now. Miku probably loved Rin as much as she loved her but Miku rejected her because Rin looked female and people would shun her (and plus she's an angel, not that there's anything wrong with that). So Rin cut off her wings, turned into Len and went back to Miku. Thought did love Len, she still had a little emptiness inside for Rin. And then you know how the rest goes! :)

It's not really clear if Miku loved Rin, either she did and rejected the feeling, thus rejecting Rin, or she just didn't love Rin in the first place. Then Rin, wanting to be with Miku, Made a deal with the Devil to become a human boy, who Miku loved. So... Indirectly.
Hm, I suppose White Vow sort of amends to how much of a letdown Black Vow and the novel were. The novel never shows this part, Miku's White Vow. Throughout the story, it strongly feels like Miku never loved Rin for who she was. She only liked Rin as a pretty boy (she was cross dressing) and fell head over heals when Rin is a human male. The reason Miku doesn't remember Rin is because Rin made a deal of exchanged value. Miku's memories of Rin are as precious as Rin's love for her. The deal is made, Miku forgets Rin and Rin finally becomes a human male who has the same face as her old self.
Sighs, I think the novel is trash, Miku has a baby (from some random guy) in the end and the whole story made me hate the series even more. Talk about poor writing (parts made no sense) and excluding this important part of Miku's side. I'd love if they made a third song with Miku and Rin living a happy love life with Rin as herself. :Y Unless Hitoshizuku-P makes a third part, I can't love this series as a whole.
Plus all they ever produce is beautiful tragedies with Rin and Len whilst when it comes to Miku and Rin, Rin gets the bad end of the stick and Miku ditches her in Dream Rain Tower.

In rain dream tower, technically Miku nevered ditch Rin. Miku did fell in love with the same guy as Rin did, but Miku died of a disease when she was waiting for the guy she loved to come back because he was all like I get you soon, but he was just a player.
