First saw this synth in Tommy Lee piano studio in Hong Kong in the early 80 s .. got back to Sydney and purchased one .. should never have sold it … still got the Roland HP 3000

Bought one in 1983 and sold it 25 years later when the used price of them actually increased to the point of making it worthwhile to sell. Loved the raw sound but the limitations were many. The Kiwi mod addresses a few of the issues (apparently bugs botch some "features") but due to its price point, it would never sound even as good as a Jupiter-6. But, considering the time-frame of '83, it was a wonderful synth.

Jupiter 6 is an overrated digital synth. Jx3p is better

I bought one second hand in the late 80s, and unwittingly sold it some 6 years later.

I want to ask a question about the synthesizer: The Russian band " Форум" Has a song " Белая ночь", And I wonder what brand Roland is playing in the verse. The inscription roland is visible on the video recording, but it is not clear what brand this is. Can you guess what brand this is?

If you did data sheets I could program from data sheets. It's a shame you lose a oscillator with noise there is no separate noise generator because it sounds like there is noise is that one but it might be the 9sc.
