1) When snow covers all the lines on roads. It becomes very dangerous especially on unfamiliar roads. 2) Driving in a whiteout condition is dangerous. 3) Be extremely careful when driving on steep hills; hard braking may not the right move. 4) When road is not plowed or salted, creating a dangerous driving condition, it is best to pull over in a safe place and wait.
