I'm gonna put in a backstory. Don't mind me. Judging by Percy asking "Thomas? Are you okay," I'm gonna say that Thomas wasn't always corrupted. He, like Percy, managed to escape, and hid with Percy. Just before they met BF and the survivors, they saw the Master Emerald, which teleported BF, Tails, and Alloy Boy to Sodor. When BF told the 2 tank engines about the situation, Thomas and Percy immediately volunteered to help our heroes. But just then, Thomas saw the glitch heading towards his best friend. Not even thinking once, he shunts Percy and the Master Emerald out of the way, sacrificing his life and gets corrupted in the process.
This is cool I like the idea of the master emerald being able to null the darkness with its power and I like how the truck was used to carry bf while he was singing
What happened to Edward, Henry, Gordon, James, Percy, Sir Topham Hatt and the other engines? Edit: Well Percy Survived while Henry is corrupted with Thomas now Uncorrupted.

and in my universe alloy boy and pinkie pie are in love the same with bf and pibby, peter and fluttershy, melira and joe, quagmire and rarity, and cleveland got corrupted and stewie sacrificed himself for peter in my version of aftermath instead of the guys it was lois chris meg vs stewie and peter and peter freed quagmire and joe in my version of showdown and peter had to witness his creator get corrupted after showdown peter got teleported to springfield where he faced off against homer with some help from bart then bart got corrupted and peter got teleported to american dad where he fought stan smith with help from his son steve and steve got caught too and peter got teleported back to the team after he got back he started to have nightmares about him not saving his family and pibby came to comfort him and reassured him that it's going to be okay and the two of them hugged and then pibby had nightmares too then the whole team came to comfort pibby with alloy boy explaining to the team that pibby's nightmares were more emotional than peters and spike did the cutest thing came to pibby and slept with her and pibby liked it and everyone thought it was cute and peso bandaged peter up and peter revealed that he is immune meaning he can't get corrupted because he got seperated from his corrupted form when he bf pinkie and spike were running in death lives. from your biggest listener and pibby fan joshua james dunn and have alloy boy sing in more songs as well as melira and include pinkie pie spike peter quagmire joe rarity fluttershy. please.

Actually there are few survivors all around the island of sodor, because they target Thomas other engine realize spot it realize that they use Thomas and Henry to move around without track making a bit dangerous but as soon other realize what happening they try to warn other who nearby some of unrealized engines either got taken from darkness or simply run away from the darkness
