An Triskell is a French folk group from Brittany that predominantly interprets traditional Breton songs.
The group was founded in 1970 by twin brothers Pol and Hervé Quefféléant together with Alan Morizur.
The brothers form the constant in frequently changing occupations - eg. B. Patrick Lehoux (bassist), Jean-Louis Nouvel (piano and guitar), Pol Brief (violin), Patrick author (piano and guitar), Mickaël Cozien (bagpipe) - and collaborations with other musicians- These include u. on. Alan Stivell, Gilles Servat and Paco Diez.
A supporting instrument of this group is the end of the 1960s with Alan Stivell experiencing a musical renaissance. Other typical instruments are Bombarde, bagpipe and violin.
In Germany, a Triskell was mainly known by the theme music Gwenn Glass Ruz to the television series Under the Tricolor, which was broadcast in 1981.

there are two old movies with bretonic harp music , the wonderful vampire-romance "et mourir de plaisier" with mel ferrer and "the eye of the devil" with sharon tate , david niven and deborrah kerr from the magick year 1966 ,about an old bretonic pagan cult still existing in secret . (dig for sharon and 66-69...history is so mysterious)
