Whatever promotional opportunity is dependent on the all out support from the school head up to the division level. Favoritism and palakasan system is rampant anywhere. Vacancies whatsoever are kept and reserved for relatives and closed friends. Kayong nasa taas pls go down to the grassroots level of the educational system and find out the rotting part of it. It's so hard to accept. Kahit newly hired binibuild up agad kasi pamangkin ni DS ni P4 etc. Greedy school heads time will come for your KARMA. Mark my words you will soon be cursed for you unequal unfair unjust treatment
Opo, palakasan system, nagpa rank ako at nakuha ang rank 1 sa master teacher 1 pero ang iniluklok ay ang rank 2. Nakakasad lang po halos gumuho mundo ko.
What is the use of this scheme? With deped's failure to monitor and evaluate the real performance of the teachers, like the COT of the ppst, this is just another foolish idea that will create more ineffective teachers...the promotion system of deped is already corrupted with many master teachers that are supposed to be teacher 1...many teachers promoted to higher post who are not even qualified...they abuse lateral qualification from diploma mills and masters degree from substandard colleges and university and not to mention...whom you know especially that the SDS have abused their powers of appointment...we don't need this...we need honesty and justice...

It's been roughly 4 months since the EO 174 was published in the official gazette. But the IRR hasn't been made or published yet. 90 days has passed but we've never heard of this career progression again.

Seniority po Sana sa career progression para hindi naman po maleft behind yung mga Teachers na matagal na pong nagtuturo na mas naunang napromote kaysa sa mga bagong teachers. Nasasapawan po kc ng new teachers .

Sana nga yan lang ang work ni teacher, teaching- learning process lang kasi thats not the reality, hopefully D.O. or kahit memo lang stating na lower grades in elementary will not handle any ancillary services/ coordinatorship to improve the word recognition and comprehension of our learners, medyo okay, okay pa.

What is the requirement and qualification. Hope it will not burden to us to meet the Standard. The most essensial would be the Ladderism procedure. Seniority.

Seniority po Sana sa career progression. Nasasapawan po kc ng mga bagong teachers ang mga Mas naunang napromote na teachers.

Problema sa mga Teachers buong buhay nya nasa Teacher 1 lang hanggang sa mag retire. Wag umasa sa salary increase kasi naka based yan kung may budget yung regional, local boards sa buong bansa. Pwede naman magsipag ka like my late mother walang Master's degree pero naging Master Teacher 1, 5 years bago mag retire sa service, at least nkahabol sa adjustment ng pension nya. computation.
Kunsabagay mas tama ang ganitong uri ng promotion kaysa mga natural vacancy tapos principal ang pipili kasi may mga principal na bias. May mga principal na binabalik ang mga papers at sasabihin sayo "Pa recla ka na lang." Nakakahiya ang mga ganoong principal. Naturingan na maging katuwang ng teacher sa pagpapaunlad ng kanilang career, sila pa tuloy ang dahilan para bumagsak ang mga guro.
Mas gusto ko ang reclass kaysa sa natural. T1 to T3 agad2x ako dahil sa reclass kahit hindi ako bet ng aming headache teacher.
Salary increase po ang kailangan namin
Still when we apply for reclassification for master teacher position there is still ratio of 1:5.. there is still restrictions. We can't progress to master teacher if there is lacking of teachers.

Hello po sir ...my question is not related to your topic but I was very confused right now.about rpms.Sir is there any deped policy that a master teacher cannot become an outstanding if she or he has transferred school? 4 months from her old school and 6 months from the current school.given that she has so many achievement like research, community project, and winning coach and many more. Dapat hindi mawala o tanggalin ang NQESH/PMAT. Dahil kung tatanggalin yan, siguro akong maraming kamag-anak ng mga Supervisor at principal ang magiging instant principal agad2x.
Mabuti nalang may NQESH dahil hindi sila nakapasa. 5-6 years palang sa service TIC at HT na.
I have lot of merit speakerships, bigbook illustrator and layout artist,division TWG, demonstartion teacher but sad to say when i applied for ranking fir t3 i did not get the item because the asds then ask me to waive because the other teacher applicant that time is senior. So i just applied for ERF t2. All my effort just expired.

Gud morning. Ano ba talaga ang guidelines sa promotion? Ladderized po ba? Pagdating po sa recla, hindi na po ba magagamit ulit lahat ng certificates kapag nagpa promote ulit? Ang alam ko kasi sa natural vacancy lng yan applicable. Nakakalito po kasi ng mga guidelines.

Mahirap Pong mapromote sa Senior HS bakit Po ganon? Mula Po 2015 at Teacher 2 na ko until now ganon pa rin. Nagparank nman po ako 2x na pero Wala pong mangyari. Sana Po to2o Yan kc na stuck na Po ako sa T-2. Tapos Po nasingitan pa ng T4-7 Ang Master Teacher so anp Po Ang chance ng kagaya ko?

parang walang kwenta ang last year rpms sa akin nong nag submit ako ng portfolio sinabihan pa naman ako ng principal na pinaganda mo pa ang portfolio mo at ilagay mo nlang dyan tapos binigyan ng rating na 3.8. hindi mn lng tiningnan ang laman portfolio ko at wala mn lng revalidation. ni wala ngang Technical assisstance pero yong nga pet nya pina ulit nya kasi outstanding sila. wala kng magawa kasi sya ang rater. walang kwenta ang mga efforts ko sa pag print modules, sa pag bigay ng mga passing grades, sa pag follow up sa mga studyante, at pag hatid ng module sa mga bahay ng studyante .ginawa ko namn ang naka bubuti para sa mga studyante ko at ang cot ko na sa 7/6 naman, kasama din ako sa team ng research innovation ng co teacher ko. Pero bakit ganon parang nag time in /out ang rating ko.

they will be retitled based on their SG.. like HT 1 to T4 and so on.
They will handle class..In terms of function teacher 1 to teacher 7 will focus on the teaching learning process..

Salary should be increase not career progression
DepEd can't afford to increase salaries of more than half a million of teachers that's why they have this career move progression thing, a wise decision. If they increase salaries, the entire budget only goes for it. While if they only promote teachers, they only spend a quarter and the rest is for the services and don't forget, their pockets 🙈. That's the reality. People in the fields are the ones suffered.
