Up here in Michigan, only bracket racers are the only ones that consider a 29 small

Not a big tire, but there should be some uniform rules for small tire. Personally I think it should be 28x10.5 (no W). Hell there are other sizes too if one wants to argue that 29.5 should be smalls. Where do you stop?
