I'll start the Cebu Series with my walking tour of Cebu Business Park. This is basically Cebu's version of Ayala Center in Makati City.
Cebu Business Park is a 50-hectare master-planned development in Cebu City, Philippines. Cebu Holdings, an affiliate of Ayala Land, is currently responsible for the development of Cebu Business Park. Integrating business, residential, sports, recreation and leisure facilities, the centerpiece of the business park is the 9-hectare Ayala Center Cebu shopping mall, which draws 60,000 shoppers daily.

Cebu Business Park is one of the modern and clean city with tall buildings outside in metro manila. I hope in future the other cities in the Philippines will catch up those two major cities for at least 1 decade this is a good sign that our economy growing so fast every year.
It is actually catching up really fast like new clark city etc and I think this decade is the real golden age of infra in Philippines but it still depends on the next President of the Philippines
@@rampage4695 Cebu never relies on the national government for its economic development. Since 2016 when Duterte was elected, Cebu never got a single major project. Duterte focused on Davao City and Davao region during his 6-year term in office. CCLEX, the country's biggest infrastructure project outside Luzon is a local PPP project done by Cebu City and Cordova in partnership with private investor, MPIC. Cebu is the only province in the country which doesn't rely so much on outside investors to develop its economy. Most of the big businesses and industries in Cebu are all owned by local Cebu-based or homegrown companies, from shipbuilding to shipping, from food processing to furniture making, from retail to export processing. Most of the tall buildings (90%) are owned by Cebu-based property developers. The remaining 10% are owned by the Ayala Land (in partnership with local Cebuano firms).

It was Manny Pangilinan of MPIC who submitted their unsolicited proposal to Cebu City and Cordova councils (take note to whom they submitted their proposal) in 2014 (take note again) to build the 3rd bridge between Cebu and Mactan Island via Cordova. In August of 2015 (again, take note of the date), both Cebu City and Cordova councils unanimously approved the unsolicited proposal and (as it was unsolicited) they subjected the proposal to a Swiss Challenge for 6 months, effectively inviting other interested investors to match Manny Pangilinan's proposal. Being none, the two councils awarded the proposal to MPIC in January 2016. Now, if you still have doubts, visit the DPWH, NEDA, ICC and BUILD BUILD BUILD websites to make sure that I'm not faking info. Check from those websites if CCLEX is on the list under the BBB projects of Duterte. Then visit also the CCLEX website (cclex.com) to confirm further. Still, if you can't believe it, visit the office of Cebu City and Cordova councils and ask them who owns CCLEX once completed. Now, to give you further evidence that CCLEX is not a national government project, Manny Pangilinan didn't invite Duterte or anyone from Malacanang during the inauguration last October when two sides of the main bridge were connected. Take note that every national government project under BBB there's always a representative from Malacanang if the President can't come during the inauguration. Don't you know that Duterte, along with Tugade and other Cabinet officials, even went to Bohol (the day CCLEX had its inauguration) to inaugurate the very small port projects there which only cost millions?

On the uphill of Cebu City, you will find the famous tops lookout, Lavie in the Sky, Serenity Mountain Cafe, Temple of Leah, Taoist Temple, Sirao Garden, Terrazas de Flores l, Sirao Garden, Little Kyoto, Lake View Le Jardin etc.

In Minglanilla, a municipality that is part of the Metro Cebu, you will find Anjo World Theme Park.

In Cebu Province, you will find many white Sand beaches in Oslob, Bantayan, Malapascua, Moalboal etc. In Oslob, you can experience the whale shark watching. In Moalboal, you can experience scuba diving also and swim with millions of sardines and various turtles. In Malapascua, there is also scuba diving and it is one of the best diving spots.

Pareho po kasing Ayala Developer pero most of the buildings in that area are owned by Cebuano Real Estate Developers. Collaboration po talaga ng local businessmen at ng Ayala Land.

to say that Cebu is more progressive than the whole MM is downright wrong however, to say that "kahit mo angulo tingnan subra layo.." (your words) is also wrong. Cebu's infras can actually compete with the other MM cities if you compare them side by side, not the whole Manila Manila of course but you don't say "subra layo" that's just wrong in so many levels.
