Where exactly is this walkway next to the river?
From the English Village under the London Bridge take the walkway to the south along the Bridgewater Channel to Rotary Park.
To get to the English Village from HWY 95 take London Bridge Road (London Bridge Road/Mesquite Ave intersection) and Immediately turn left into Visitor Center parking.
