What Ive learned from you is that the sphere is really the cube. (Its cool) No difference except esthetic or even ascetic value in my world. The two are really one in the same. I think its great you created this. It gave me some interesting ideas involving philosophy, humanity, and puzzles.
V-Cubes are perfectly aware and happy with what I do. I need to buy a V-Cube to make each of mine so they don't lose out. It's just free advertising for them.
The drop kick video recreates what Konstaninos Verdes did to demonstrate how strong they are. This video shows me making a 7x7x7 Ball out of a 7x7x7 V-Cube. So destroy is hardly an appropriate word. Currently the 7x7x7 is my all time favourite puzzle.
Occasionally but I always have several usable parts left over for future puzzles. My first Siamese Skewbs went completely wrong and a few (wrong) pieces were stuck together for ever.
Sometimes I use resin. Usually I don't fill at all. It's far better to glue plastic card over hollow areas unless there's curves or hundreds of tiny parts.
Not necessarily. I tried it on a 4x4x4 Master Cube (see video) but it doesn't work very well. So later I remade it by 'adding' instead of 'taking away'. See 4x4x4 Ball (2008) video. It all depends on the way the cube is built in the first place,
wow ur amazing i would of thought a company had made tht with a machine if i just saw the product and i love the neon coulours well done ur a wiked artist :D
@Nealosaurus I think you misunderstand the question and answer. Over 500GBP is how much they would have to cost in order for them to be worth making. Since they probably wouldn't sell at that price I have no immediate plans to make any more to sell.
Is it me or does anyone else see the Deathstar just before the Milput is applied. BTW Tony I love watching your construction videos....The sounds and the whole process puts me in a very relaxed state. One more thing are you putting anything up for auction again soon? I had the high bid for a while on your last auction.
Sure would be a NIGHTMARE to take apart then put it bact together! So THATS how you obtained that ball! Making the ultimate sacrifice of a $50 to $100 7x7 Vcube. BUT then again, this ball is probably worth double, even more!
wow......that is one very insanely amazing hobby you have got there ^_^. I do wonder though, does your house end up covered in white dust? it doesn't look like all of it stays on the news paper.
i am amazed at your work tony.f f-for freakin awesome. but on the real tip, what if you made something like that contraption on the davinci code. where you decipher it by color instead of letters and it opened into another puzzle within but still all one puzzle. just thinking outside the box.
i think i kinda died at the beginning when i saw what he was doing to the v7, i would never have the balls to try it but i guess thats why tony fisher is a genius!
WOW this has got to be one of the coolest puzzles possible
The way you align the layers to finish the sphere shape is awesome.
I guess the first thing I think when I see a new puzzle is what simple shapes I can make from it.

The makers of V-Cubes are fully aware and happy with what I do.
And here comes a 7x7x7 Ball.
You made a ball out of a cube. Now make a cube out of a ball!
BRUH
You are really good with your hands man.Full respect.
Thanks. I haven't seen the film but will look it up.
V-Cubes are perfectly aware and happy with what I do. I need to buy a V-Cube to make each of mine so they don't lose out. It's just free advertising for them.
Yes often but then I just use the parts for spares so nothing is ever wasted.
I prefer to confidently tackle a new idea than worry about messing up.
A perfect sphere construction!
Its just wow
Mine to but I had more than one. Now I have V-Cubes and V-balls.
Look's like a huge golf ball. :D
omfg the sound its making!! i love it!

Out of the flames a phoenix rises.
Yes there are. Each has three different coloured stickers on it.
Yes and sometimes I do mess up. However the percentage is very low and easily worth it.
Yes but a new phoenix is born.
Not necessarily. I tried it on a 4x4x4 Master Cube (see video) but it doesn't work very well. So later I remade it by 'adding' instead of 'taking away'. See 4x4x4 Ball (2008) video. It all depends on the way the cube is built in the first place,
I love V-Cubes. What makes you think I hate them?
wow ur amazing i would of thought a company had made tht with a machine if i just saw the product and i love the neon coulours well done ur a wiked artist :D
unbeliavable nice work!!!
@mysticNTN Because the internals remain the same and it's easy to see what goes where.
No, they would always exist since they are on stems to the middle. However any further and other parts would just fall out.
@Nealosaurus I think you misunderstand the question and answer. Over 500GBP is how much they would have to cost in order for them to be worth making. Since they probably wouldn't sell at that price I have no immediate plans to make any more to sell.
something was missing: a really good close-up at the "corners" to see how you put those 3 really tiny stickers together =O... nice job tony!
every time you touched the cube with the dremel I almost started crying ;D
Its a horror movie u made their but the end was good :D
wow that's a lot of work, nice creativity :)
when i first started watching i thought, HOW COULD YOU DO THAT! IT NEVER HURT ANYONE!!! but i've reconsidered
a masterpiece tony!
but the process was gruelsome
but this really deserved 5 stars
Love your mod videos! This one in particular was fun to watch, though, because it sounds like your Dremel is making fun of me. :-)
i would be too scared to do that lol. you got some balls!
making a almost perfect sphere by hand? epic.
lol i luv that sounds of the trimming thingy niiuh!!
I have shown it to Konstantinos Verdes from V-Cubes and he really liked it.
To make a ball. Now I have a ball and a cube which is better than having two cubes.
And now I have the only 7x7x7 Ball in the world!!!
definitly not a vid you wanna watch after spending a few hours at the dentist... but i like the result at the end!
Plus there's been factory made ones around for years.
When that dremmel first hit at the start of the video i was like "Oh, The HORROR!!!!! WTF are you doing?" Then it all began to make sence.
Dremels are awesome.
haha the drill sounds like its say no no no no no!! no nooo!!!! hahahahaha :D
@thomas9012 Is that the exact same stuff though? There's lots of similar products.
Is it me or does anyone else see the Deathstar just before the Milput is applied. Again, Truly Amazing.
Beautiful puzzle
You are a magician!
Watch it again and pay attention!
And don't slouch.
@orihow Yes, Jurgen Brandt did that without extending.
nice job came out real nice
that is really insane dude :D
I had my V-7 stolen 2 weeks ago... If I had the powertools I'd make V-ball... nice job!
@BreathingCheese That's because there aren't any for sale.
What black dots?
@RizDub They are much thicker and textured. You can also see how the colours are different in the video.
With what material you do the pieces and how you do that, designed, etc?. Can you upload a video of that? I love your work.
dude, thats awesome
you are amazing. i don't know how you come up with this stoof, but great job.
Yes, Each has three colours.
@HeedleBlambeedle This is the absolute limit.
AMAZING!!!
Sorry FrEaKo789 I may have removed your comment by mistake.
It's very close to destroying the mechanism but not quite.
Sure would be a NIGHTMARE to take apart then put it bact together! So THATS how you obtained that ball! Making the ultimate sacrifice of a $50 to $100 7x7 Vcube. BUT then again, this ball is probably worth double, even more!
What on earth were you doing to it?
wow i cant believe you actually carved it down like that
like a big golf ball!!!
Who said it was for sale?
I had to fit 3 stickers on each corner. It wasn't easy.
I am not certain but I suspect not. I think the cuts would go too deep and pieces would fall out.
@usmanazhar How so? My puzzles usually sell for far more than that.
I am trying to make one of these myself at the moment. I am taking it slow; I've done 4 edge pieces so far. My room is filled with the white stuff...
@TrustyJakko It has "corners"
man you are crazy.nice idea
I have a nice big heated shed.
I don't understand, please explain.
heh heh, at the start when the cube was being grinded I was like "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!" but the end product was great so I'm not complaining.
Not sure what you mean. The filler is Milliput.
Now let's all try it at home with our 7x7x7 puzzle!
I want to see one made with transparent plastic, and each of 6 colors on the color wheel, opposite colors on opposite sides, similiar colors together.
great job on the puzzle! i lol'd at the tiny corners. could u imagine trying to do f2l with corners that small?
The description is your friend.
You are very smart.Tony.
@FuddgeuMs I would never bother since factory 3x3x3 Balls have been available since the 80s
wow......that is one very insanely amazing hobby you have got there ^_^.
I do wonder though, does your house end up covered in white dust? it doesn't look like all of it stays on the news paper.
And gave birth to the worlds only 7x7x7 V-Ball.
Not sure what you mean.
You made it even more pillowed, the corners won't stick out, if you only could see them.
This is torture! :O I want a V-Cube so bad :( 8 *it was kinda cool to watch though*
ur wun of my favorite cubers
He's not a cuber he's a cube (and other puzzles) maker.
you rock man.
i am amazed at your work tony.f f-for freakin awesome. but on the real tip, what if you made something like that contraption on the davinci code. where you decipher it by color instead of letters and it opened into another puzzle within but still all one puzzle. just thinking outside the box.

i like the new v-cube cause its not more a cube its a ball it looks way better:)
Its actually really good u made that your self
It's only a tiny sacrifice.
Yes, there was no need to remove them.
