I saw the show yesterday. It was absolutely brilliant! If I didn't know otherwise, I'd have thought Abba (as they looked in 1977) were performing live on stage! The folks that created this are SO talented! The lights, the band, the audience - everything was outstanding. I wish it could have lasted longer!

I went all away from Phoenix, Arizona to London to see this show. It was amazing! Hope they can bring to Las Vegas one day.

I so much agree with the sentiment of this interview! ABBA music was, and still is, magic to my ears. As an adolescent, I've been listening to them almost exclusively, and this has definitely shaped me as a person I currently am. And I'm very thankful for that! @thankyouforthemusic

Un groupe mythique qui me rappelle tant de beaux souvenirs. De plus, chaque chanson qu'ils sortaient étaient des tubes planétaires. Groupe simple, humble et naturel

Yes, I cried a few times, this was such a magical experience, now that the shows are extended for a few more months I definitely will go there another time!!

@@speedlearner my favourites are Eagle, The day before you came and S.O.S., but many others are magical too. E.g. Soldiers, I like the songs which have Agnetha leading the best!

I WISH I could SEE this show, I LOVE ABBA! I doubt if I will ever be able to go to London for it. I am American, 76 years old and it would be more difficult for me to go that far now. I can only hope that perhaps they will make a video of the show, so people who love ABBA and can't go to London to see it in person, will STILL be able to see it on video. I hope they will consider doing that sometime soon.
I was at the show on monday, and some guy from the team explained the show and said: "We are planning to build additional venues in Asia and America.

Done by computer graphics How can ABBA be reformed? We want to see them perform live as they are now. I wouldn't want to see a performance in computer graphics. Not a live performance for ABBA though
live heisst für mich, dass die Künstler auch real auf der Bühne stehen, egal in welchem Alter.
Dann ist deine Definition von "Live" falsch. 🤷♂️
Live bezieht sich bei z.B. einem Konzert darauf, dass die Musik in Echtzeit auf der Bühne entsteht. Es sind ausserdem die Künstler auf der Bühne zu sehen. Es gibt eine 10-Köpfige Band die die Songs wirklich spielt. Die "Abbatare" sind im Endeffekt nur eine schöne Dreingabe.
Die 4 sind inzwischen teilweise weit über 70.. man sollte nicht erwarten, dass sie selbst über die Bühne springen und die Show auf die Beine stellen.

I’d have preferred seeing THEM too, not only the music, LIVE. Who cares if they’re older now? I feel cheated already & sorry they wanted to idealise them physically as well as vocally.
Probably they themselves would be tired giving daily concerts to big audience in this age.. The agenda as of today is two concerts per day!
They said many times over the years that reunion concerts wouldn't happen because they want to be remembered as they were in their prime. So in answer to your question: they care.
So this is the closest you're going to get. It is them. Their music, their voices, their actions, and their likeness. And like with all things in the media, it's all been mixed together and edited to give the presentation they want to give. Nothing is "real" in showbiz; they're at least being honest about it.

It is not Abba sounds..
I think these songs have been written 40 years ago…. But considered as not good ( true!!).
But 40 years ago, they decided to make this record ( with olds songs) just to make money…
And that exactly what happened: they sold millions of records only in few weeks…
But now?? Do you ear this songs on radio???
