just to inform you that for the birthday banner when you have a 4fours start, it’s the birthday card, it can’t be an other character :D !(or a other 4* mizuki card!)

In birthday banners, you won't get four stars. Only three stars. The four stars we are talking about here is the birthday card.
just letting u know that if u get a gurannted four star in birthday banner ( for example mizuki ) it can ONLY be the birthday card, no other mizuki four star, u can even check the rates!

I was saving for another Niigo banner but I saw the cute outfits and couldn't resist... I did not get anyone in the ribbon banner (aside from 4* WXS Miku) and I only got 2* on the bday banner. Luck was NOT smiling at me lol.
