#LANCOOLIII #CableMod #RTX3090 - Hry
I been building my own and for others since 98'. All I ever built for was efficiency and performance. This whole RGB craze that dropped in the last decade has left me asking why? Why distract from your focus on your monitor with very distracting bright lighting. Its a litteral "eyesore". I have always kicked my case down under my desk where virtually no one sees it. The only time I pay attention if there is a problem or needs cleaning. Your build here is beautiful just the same. Its clean and efficient with no distractions. Well done.
I think growing up around plain dell, compaq and gateway cases made me hate the RGB craze.
This is the build I need. No gimmicks, no fancy schmanzy, just a solid build. Thank you !
And i got an 3080ti instead of an 3090 so my pc would have enough RGB, and it turned out fantastic worth it in my eyes since the extra vram wouldnt be used for anything.
@@LLuk3 and what your case
@@dhiahhadi An o11 evo in white with 6 sl infinity unifans ive upgraded the 3080ti to an 4080 MSI Suprim X and got a better cpu i also have a cpu only custom loop with more RGB because RGB is good
I love how the lack of RGB is perfect for this MOBO. It's sexy in it's own right, and very flashy. Really allows people to see the internals and not rainbow vomit! IF I did put RGB on a board like this it would be stuck on either WHITE, OR GOLD!
I can't believe that all of your videos are no rgb builds. You, sir, have great taste.
It’s a good day when pc technician uploads. Awesome build!
I've been looking for this build online for a while! Thank you!!!
Holy crap. What an upgrade!
Eye candy as usual. Pure aesthetics. Maximalistic minimalism. Hot black hole build. Thanx a lot. RGB fans - buy yourselves another Christmas tree: wooden cpu is just 4 u. Go watch your talking heads.
it was like eternity. you're like a blessing thank you
All/Most Black build always has a place in my heart....nice build
Nice (no frills) stealth build. Gotta say as I got back into doing builds that the software installs, configurations and settings are more than 60% of a PC deployment
so simple yet so stylish great work as per allways
You had me at "no rgb."
Nice, didn't know SK Hynix came out with a PCIe 4 drive, I've got three of the previous generation drives in my PC right now and they're awesome
love the black out and NO RGB. just a clean build. I want to make this but little lower budget lol.
Love to see these videos
With some gold/black cable mod sleeves, this build will be even better! Great content as always!
I agree. Gold/black cable mod looks good too.
Awesome presentation and build skills. I'd ditch the plastic dragon if I was building this for myself.
so clean!
another clean build!
Ahorita esta pegando con Todo los gabinetes de lian LI
this EK aio is the best aio i have ever testet! freaking silent, awsome temps and it looks so good :)
IKR! I find it strange how little builds I see with it. Got the 240 myself and I absolutely love it in my all black build.
So clean!!
professionally built, sir
nice clean build
this is the PC build I Love!
Nice build !
Just did a similar build with a rtx3080 and Asus pro art mobo which looks stunning as well. All black no rgb is something that looks so nice.
Стиль и мощь в одной сборке....кайф....
I´m really liking this build. Every single part of the PC represents functionality rather than looks & form.
The one thing that keeps bugging me a bit is about the power supply: We´re talking about a EVGA Platinum power supply that costs more than 200 €/$ and it doesn´t come with sleeved cables. I really think this can be expected at this price point. Therefore you "had" (or wanted) to buy and use additional cable extensions. Take a look at Corsair´s SF series of SFX power supplies. The gold standard uses standard cables while all platinum rated SF series PSUs come with sleeved black cables.
Correct me if I´m wrong but even Silverstone or Seagate Platinum power supplies do NOT come with sleeved cables. Be Quiet seems to offer sleeved cables with their Dark Power series of PSUs which are either platinum or titanium certified. Really hoping to see that more manufacturers start providing sleeved cables with ATX sized PSUs.
What psu would you have gotten instead that provides sleeved cables. I’m looking into building this build anything tips/advice I’ll appreciate if you provide.
nice one bro keep up
I built a PC off of this concept and let me tell ya, it's beautiful! Inspired by your video, thank you!
I'm glad that it worked out for you. Have fun with your new PC!
I'll definitely build something similar to this, just do a few upgrades!
stealth pc, i like it

thanks for sharing
I have the Corsair 4000D Airflow with glass panel and no RGB at all. I still think that even with no RGB, the glass panel looks classy and better than a solid one.
Omg.... That's a dream. I'm still using i7 gen 2nd....
The beast dont need to show off !!!
neat build, yummy components.. and zero las vegas.. what's not to like!
Fantastic
Very nice
Damn I love all black pc with high end parts rather than a cheap brand with RGB.
SO LOVE
What I was waiting to see was at what point do you load windows or any OS .
I liked the no RGB part
good pc
No rgb means no waste also mate black colour looks good
Hey does anyone know of any other mid tower cases that will house the MSI Z690 MEG ACE that are a little cheaper?🤔
Yooo! New video!
Dope
I have the same GPU and CPU with AIO cooler but score in the 1700 range with the CPU. I'm sure I jacked something up...
What is the amp of the fans that are pre-installed?
do an all blue build! see if its possible! cool!
What is that cable you bulged you’r 3 fans into one
Yes
What GPU support is that? i love it! hoping to get one for my build!

You wiped off the Thermal Compound Paste from the cooler but I did not see you apply any other prior to installing the cooler. What paste did you use and how did you apply it?
Applying clip is missing but you can see thermal paste(EK) is already applied 5:05
5:24 Did this one fail to connect properly? I`d check it for safety...
Hi. Do you think guys the arctic liquid freezer ii 420mm will fit in this case on top? and my mobo is msi b660 mag tomahawk wifi ddr4? Thanks in advanced
Arctic 420 fits in this case but some motherboards or rams may interfere
How is the airflow vs asus helios ?
8:46 why is the frequency of your video card only 1080 MHz? Minimum frequency for 3090 is 1400 MHz
Que belleza
is your AIO set to exhaust or intake?
Exhaust
Fuck YEAH!
I like black PC
Which one better to take? Lancool III or Thermaltake Ceres 300?
Lancool III
Nice set up 👍 isn't the psu overkill for your set up?
Yes but I would recommend 1000W or better for i9-12900K & 3090
Who makes the GPU support you show here?
GPU Support amzn.to/3Oy5MFt
What did you use to hold the gpu up. I wanna get one. Looks simple

Just curious about was the thermal paste been used?

What did you use for your gpu stand?
Yeah I'm also curious about this

Hello from Brazil! which one u think is better, that case lancool 3, O11 Evo or O11 XL? thanksss and great video!!
I like Lancool 3 for excellent airflow.
@@PCTechnician and about lancool 3R Mesh, lancool 2 Mesh Performance X and lancool 215 X Mesh have a big diff between this three? cuz im planning in build a pc, just for play games and stream, and i dont know if i really need a case expansive like lancool 3. The prices currently here in brazil is respectively: 230$, 160$ and 126$. For someone who just wants play games and stream which one u recommend? really appreciate if u can help me choose one, thanks!!
@@Scheuer1 Wow it's much expensive than where I live. You can't go wrong with these case. Pick the one you like.
@@PCTechnician ye all this options are good options, but in ur opinion the difference between the prices worth? like with that prices u think lancool 3 still a great option or with this high price is better just get the 215X or lancool 2 mesh performance x?
Why not just use pre applied thermal paste?
Because the LGA 1700 CPU is a bit larger than pre-applied thermal paste.
do you think this board will fit in the 5000d?
5000D support E-ATX board & it should but I'm not 100% sure
My personal opinion, if you have a tempered glass/acrylic glass case, then with no lighting to light up the interior, then it's a waste of tempered glass. Especially black cases. Because its just dark, you can't see the internal. Might be better to have steel case all around no window/glass, especially if glass cases are more expensive.
In other thought, are there still cases without window/glass? Seems nowadays almost all built videos that I see show cases with glass panel.
The Lian Li case is not as dark as other cases. You can clearly see everything inside without any light. 9:32
I am currently building a system based on i9 12900k on an EVGA Dark Kingpin MB. The area for the M2's (3 Possible) is located directly under were the Graphics Card goes, and has Short Thermal Pads, which you add directly on the MB then install the M2 and it has a Full length Thermal Pad already added for each M2 slot, already on the cover for this area, to which you must remove the protective tape from, prior to installing the M2, as well as on the Cover, so for that reason, I installed both M2's at time of initial build. Will this cause any problems when I initially install Windows 11?
If your NVME comes with a heat sink cover, you don't have to use a motherboard pad or cover.
@@PCTechnicianThey don’t and I’ve already got them installed with the MB provided heat Sink…
So you preinstalled NVME and used a motherboard thermal pad? I don't see any problems
@@PCTechnician Yes, I have 2 2TB sticks, the instructions have you install the short peace of thermal strip located closer to the socket, then remove the tape and seat the M2 in the socket. I is strong enough to hold the M2 down when the screw end is pushed, The cover already has 3 full length strips installed in and to which you remove there protective tape off each of the strips for which you have installed M2’s, then seat the heat sink cover in place and secure it… Normally, you would only connect up 1 M2 or SSD, etc, install windows and drivers etc, then install additional drives, but considering the M2 install method for this MB, I chose to install both M2 sticks now. The should show up as 0 and 1 and I should only have to direct windows to install to drive 0, but I’ve never run into this situation on any of my previous builds. This board has a number of Oddities from other boards. The CPU Socket and DIM Sockets are turned on there since so the DIMs (Only 2) are situated lengthwise, above the CPU Socket.
czcams.com/video/XJC4CPI4V7c/video.html … at approx 3 min 41 Sec, into this video, you can see what I have described!
Can I install Artic Liquid Freezer II 360 with this motherboard?
Yes
Very impressive build as usual. do you think its possible to achieve this on a budget. at least close to this
i5 12400 , with a b660 motherboard, cheap 3200hz ram and 6600xt gpu, with 650- 750 power supply can get you probably under 1000$ US.
add in a m.2 ssd and or Hard drive .with a mid range case.
@@jamessheard7067 Good answer. You can save up to $1000 by using different mobo, cpu, & GPU
Another VIDEO With no RGB
What a build! But how much did this came in total?
Check out the description for price and detailed information
can i have it?
Nice build! RGB is too distracting for me. I ordered the same case, is there a reason you didn't use the GPU anti-sag bracket it came with?
Nothing wrong with case anti-sag I just used the simple GPU support here
You know whats better than no RGB? No glass side panel also, you dont look at the hardware, you look at the screen.
Hi why clean and repply thermal paste for lga 1700
Because the LGA 1700 CPU is a bit larger than pre-applied thermal paste.
@@PCTechnician ok thks for repply, me i have put with the original paste is not good ?
Original paste is good. It doesn't cover all areas of CPU because 1700 CPU is bigger.
This is like a 5k dollar set up innit
fan size ?
Case fans=140mm, AIO=120mm 입니다.
Can i build the same pc? How is the performance is there any bottleneck issues? Please tell me I’m going to build pc this month with i9 12900k i dont have much knowledge about motherboard and liquid cooler i want the best components for my build without any bottleneck issue and it has to use 100% from every components used in it can you suggest me the components that i can use i like this case and overall build in black theme no rgb❤️ i want to go with ddr5 what components you suggest i dont have any budget issue 😅
i9-12900K is a very hot CPU so you need 360 AIO or the best air cooler like Noctua. And get a mesh case with extra fans for better cooling. Rest parts are up to you.
