This is my beginning setup including my bujo book library, my reading goals, which is 60 books, reading log, reading stats, book series tracker, a to z reading challenge, and the best book of 2023 bullet journal spread.

Best recent read this month: The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins and Moby Dick by Herman Melville. Absolutely great. Almost done with The Splendid and the Vile by Erik Larson.

I love your style! I'm a sticker girl, because I can't draw :) I'm also a writer of a romantic/suspense trilogy, so I've started tracking my reading of romance stories to see where my own novels sit in terms of genre etc. It's REALLY tricky because there are so many sub-genres now. I decided to start a Reading Journal to narrow down which writers I am similar to and also to learn more current authors. This has been great inspiration for me and I'm definitely subscribing. I just started using stickers too and now I'm obsessed hahah wow I feel such deep respect for writers, I couldn't write a book to save my life, so I can't even imagine how hard it is! Do you have any books of yours I could read? I was a big reader when I was a young teenager but then I stopped reading until last year, and now getting back to it I'm slowly getting to know how many genres and sub-genres there is, so if you have any recommendations what to check out next I would appreciate it a lot! And thanks for the support!!

🌱 I love that layout. Here are my two favorite series that are yes romance but also fantasy with great plot and character depth. Dark-Hunters by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Black Dagger Brotherhood by J R Ward.
Iii thankss 🥰 omg, I read Black Dagger Brotherhood and I ATE it up, it was so amazing, probably my favorite book series, but my library only holds the first three partss 😢 are the other parts as good as the first three? and I’m definitely gonna read Dark-Hunters now, I trust your book taste already, it’s gonna be fire if you liked the Black Dagger Brotherhood ☺️
I also love the Dark-Hunter books and Shelly Laurenston's books make me laugh out loud. 🤭

I’m so late lmao but I have a few recommendations, a good girls guide to murder- a murder mystery book, as the name suggests. Another one is Almond, it is more of slice of life❤️
I love your spreads. They are simple enough for anyone to do and look great. Also, at 5:25 I have a suggestion about those sploches. Flip your ruler around so the ink does not spread on your pages. It's a trick I figured out years ago because the smears bothered me too. Good luck.

This was such a cute set-up! I have a couple of recommendations for you to read! I'm a librarian and I read a lot of romance but a lot of fantasy as well! If you haven't read Laini Taylor's Strange the Dreamer duology it is a delightful blend of romance and fantasy. Also, Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross is a TREAT! As is the Raybearer duology by Jordan Ifueko Happy reading!

A great vampire series set in modern times is the blackdagger brotherhood series by J.R.Ward. You could also try daughter of smoke and bone trilogy by laini taylor!
I'm literally re-reading the brotherhood series for the third time right now because my library only had first 3 books when I found this series a year ago, and I was obsessed when I read the first book. And when I went to the library like a month ago I saw that they had 2 more books so now I'm on the third book again and again can't believe how good this series is, so I know your taste in books is elite haha. But I havent heard of the trilogy you mentioned before so now I'm running to the library tomorrow to see if they have it!! thankss!!

Hii the markers are Graph'O (water based) I'm searching on Google and it's either anise or lime green and the gray is I think neutral grey light. But I'm not sure because the names aren't written on the pens, I will go to the art store where I bought them and check to be sure! 😄
