Thank you so much,but i got confused when You said 18 is your full length,but then which circumference are you dividing by 4 to get the measurements you inputed on the full length?

18 is the full length of the short. To get the circumference measures to input at that mark place your tape from waist to 18inches and take the measurements around that place on your body whatever you have divide it by four then with your tape place the number you have on the center line and mark it on both sides
