This Ashtakam is a chant of salutations to the consort of Parvathi, Shiva. It describes the various attributes of Shiva who is exhorted by the sages and the Vedas and who is also known as the Lord of Blessings, who is attributed contradicting descriptions of being equal to devils and ghosts as well as the most beautiful person. He is considered the lord of birth and death and is to be worshipped by all.

Parvati is a universal awakening wisdom into shiva consciousness meaning all is back to one source one energy one essence ... When shiva and paravti combine it's a Adi para shakti awakening ....

@@alizulqarnain5346 yes in truth there is no name or theory for anything in reality.
But for our understanding we give name and derive theory for it.
The theory which just tries to explain reality of universe is more real.
Sanatan dharma is not a believe system.
Its name is Sanatan which means forever which explains nature of entire cosmos that is infinite and zero at same time . Sanatan Dharma is not about believing something, it tries to explain all aspects of cosmos.
It is beyond concept of good or bad it is infinite and zero at same time. For example
      Infinity explains entire cosmos
      Zero explain your existence.
When you are zero u can experience infinity of cosmos
      Infinity explains
When cosmos is infinite it can let u a zero exist.
Both zero and infinity exist same time .
