Thank you! I put enough water to cover the beans and meat and keep hot water going in case I need to add more.

Do you cook your Lima beans and meat on medium heat or did you let it simmer?

I cook in medium low heat. Then once it’s almost done let it simmer

Good Morning! I would check them after the first hour then every half hour after that! Generally the baby limas can take up to 2 hours. Just depends honestly
