Route 222 - Starting Summer With The Trucks Of The Glory Days

- On a Wednesday morning I set out for Route 222 with @QTownTruckspotting for an action packed truck spotting session. As usual, Kutztown and Maxatawny didn’t disappoint; multiple Peterbilt 359s, a Kenworth W900A, White WIL, Mack Valueliner, and a cabover are some highlights. Envoy the video highlighting those beautiful trucks of yesterday.

Ngl this video right here is one of your best. First off, the 352 was amazingly hot asf. Glad that you caught it. The 359s you got were perfect as they were very clean. A lot of the largecars you got were very hot. The rarities were also very hot as well. And finally, this is why PA have amazing largecars and a lot of them are speced really nicely.

I would assume a Cummins, but there’s definitely a cylinder or two off time. There’s no reason why it should be puffing so inconsistently while burning so much extra fuel
95% percent sure it’s a Cummins. Probably Big cam 400 or a 350. Sticky valves or a misfire making it sound like shit
Wouldn’t it have to be a gasser for a misfire since it’s heat combustion?
@@trucksouteast Nope. Misfires are common in diesels. If you have bad compression or something up with the fuel system, it’s gonna do it.

@@trucksouteast They got a full fleet of probably over 100 trucks, identically spec'd that way. Half of them have a blue on white scheme as well. The owner owns a K100 and bullnose.

There are so many local trucks that I still have yet to get it’s not even funny. The blue 359 with the aero piece, Mechanics Plus’s International 9300, Pal’s Scania to name a few
