Why doesn’t anyone know to properly wrap turkeys or cook them in a deep pan with a lid, you will end up with dry turkey if you cook it uncovered or without wrapping it. Maybe I’m wrong but every turkey I’ve seen cooked or cooked myself has always been wrapped, ham too and roast beef as well. Pretty much any real big piece of meat you want to cook in the oven needs to be able to reuse the moisture evaporating from the heat.
When he took it out of the bag that turkey looked like it's been dead for years!! Like one of those canned chickens lmao....at the end it didn't look horrible but saying it looked good seems like a stretch.
This is just my opinions but, I think that turkey is just a over-glorified chicken. To be fair, I never taste them myself but, just knowing by their diets and similarities with chicken, I think it's safe to say that they taste the same.
