Lloyd was on stage at the Met Philadelphia, singing to Ashanti and Nelly's unborn kid. After that, he shared a picture from the concert along with a lovely Instagram message paying homage to the couple's unborn child. “Dear Baby Haynes, you are surrounded by love, by good energy, and by ppl who have prayed for your piece sic of mind way before you were born," he wrote in the caption. "One day I will tell you of the times I got to sing to you while still in your mother’s belly, of how your mommy changed my life, and of how your dad was there for me when I needed a little love and guidance. Can’t wait to meet you and make you laugh. Inshallah, Your Uncle Ladi. In the comments section, Ashanti thanked him for his performance and kind words. “OMG I’m crying and u know I don’t cry Thank u Ladi love u so much" she wrote. "Such beautiful and meaningful words I truly appreciate you so much. I’m literally crying.”

Everyone waits 3 months before telling anyone about pregnancy bc higher rate for miscarriage. I'm so damn happy for them. Grew up with them and when they broke up man I never saw Nelly happy since. So happy for them! So damn proud of them xoxo
