What a rollercoaster ride of a trial. Adv Teffos instructing attorney helped quell adv Teffo from being consumed by his own ego. For the 1st time adv Teffo argued well and substantiated his argument with the relevant legislation. He should stop going astray.
Mshololo is a legal practitioner that works from facts, if the facts don't add up she won't proceed hence I support her stance on wanting time to scrutinize the documents.
But this judge has a soft spot on Mshololo....he treats her like an egg while treating Teffo the opposite way

The difference between Mshololo and Tefo is timing. Tefo gets emotional unnecessarily sometimes and wants to impose his way. When he introduced the second docket he was done with cross examining Mosia and didn't want Mshololo to cross examine which was not fair for accused no5.

Adv Teffo used his allocated time without any interruptions. He failed to use his time to talk about the 2nd docket. Now it's time for Adv Mshololo and he wants to the stage in the middle of Mshololo's time. That's the problem here, nothing personal.

The Judge is emotional, he is unable to handle advocate Teffo. He defend and advise state defence and advocate mshololo in another way. The Judge is not fear expecially to the submission and argument brought by Adv Teffo. The Judge is not bringing fairness to the case. He is bayast. He protect Adv Mshololo. He should have released accused 1 and 2 on bail today. But he failed again. We are watching and want to see how justice will prevail.

I agree with you but truth should also be accepted that Accused 5 has also been improperly brought before court and has had his constitutional right to a fair trial violated.
Adv. Teffo seek for all accused to be acquitted based on the gross violation of their constitutional rights.
What Adv Teffo does is by implicit arguing in favour of Adv Mshololo.
However Adv Mshololo does not want to bolster and reinforce the arguments favourable to her client. She seek adjournment for her client when it is clear that she seek to demystify that her client has also had his constitutional right grossly violated.
The conduct of Adv Mshololo indicate that she is by implicit contending against Adv Tefo when she should not.
It so sad that Adv Mshololo does not see it in the interest of justice that the accused before court must be acquitted immediately based on the second docket which implicate other people and not the accused before court.

He then went on to urge the jurisdiction of this court to hear this matter of the trail ( contradictory). @@primrosendlovu1574 It doesn’t matter much you address the court in what you believe is right, if you don’t follow the right procedure the court shall not pronounce itself on your submission. His attitude is not in the best interest of his clients,I can tell you. How do you expect the court to rule on his clients constitutional rights violations by the police and the courts the accused appeared first without an application to the court? How do you expect the court to rule on the jurisdiction when there’s no application of such before it? Teffo must represent his clients property and procedurally and not dance to the tunes of the likes of you.
If one of his colleagues brings up an issue ( postponement or admission of evidence to the court) he must respond to that effect (oppose or agreee) and not address the court to unrelated issues. Also, if he bring up an issue, his colleagues must respond before his reply. He doesn’t seem to understand that protocol,and when he finally does reply he goes on and on repeating himself. That’s where the judge and I have a problem with him.

I think challenge in this case is Tefo knows too much information (mostly likely truth, that he informally got from his close friends in police). But judge & others are working on formal information as provided by various responsible arms of state.
True with that being said, he might lose the case because he is failing to take the court step by step to his truth.

In all fairness the issue of the 2nd docket was not a bomb by last week Wednesday. I like Mshololo but I'm not too sure why the judge is so biased towards her. I mean, poor Teffo, bathong! That time he has all the juice. Not too sure why we are now following Mshololo's lead.
