No because when this video was being made test track was closed for refurbishment but it's done now if you watch the 2014 planning DVD you will see test track on it and it discusses everything new with it :)

I LOVE WDW, it's my favourite place, but this DVD is all about kids, but WDW is for kids, Tweens, teens, adults and elders!
