Used this on my father two months ago when he suffered an heavy heart attack (as it has been described). Saved his life and he somehow got out of it without any disabilities. Well, that's not entirely true if you count tiring yourself out faster and missing your upper teeth as a disability. But a thing or two you need to know about chest compression, don't be afraid to break a rib. When I did it, I actually didn't break anything which was lucky. And the other thing is that you need to do be able to do this for at the very least 10 Minutes.
