Here's the boxing perspective. Logan has almost zero chance.
Floyd is infinitely quicker, he's the hardest boxer in history to hit, he's comfortable in the clinch, he's taken severe beatings from the likes of Alvarez, Canello, and Pacquiao (all of whom would destroy Logan Paul) and I'm guessing his 44 looks a lot like my 25.
Logans strategy has been tested many times before and failed. Pacquiao got gassed trying to catch him with a knockout, as did McGregor.
Anyone can get hit with a wild punch. But nothing shy of the boxing miracle of the century will help Logan come out of this victorious.

The art of throwing a punch is something that only 0.001% of the population of planet earth ever perfect. Even pro fighters, like Derek Chisora, with years of intense pro training get it wrong and turn the wrist at the wrong moment.
A correct punch is very scientific and sweet. Floyd is in an incredibly small population on the planet that can do it.
I consider boxing to be an art, not a "science."
Science is biology, chemistry, and physics. It is "the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment" (Google definition).
Calling boxing a "pseudo-science" was in no way diminishing its complexity-it was just me poking fun!

My man, Floyd has sparred heavyweights his whole life and beat their asses, and we are talking about real fighters. So let's discredit your arguments by topic:
1 - Logan does not hit harder than guys like Canelo (Canelo was 175 at fight night) or any other big fighters Floyd fought (Logan couldn't even knock KSI out)
2 - Mayweather, as a great pro, will know how to cut the distance anytime he wants to (he will probably walk Logan down).
3 - Logan has never taken those sharp boxer punches like Floyd will probably bring.
4 - Logan has never faced punishment or adversity such as a real pro fighter would bring.
5 - Sources are telling that Mayweather is sparring 6'3 guys and beating their asses easy.
6 - Please do not compare Logan to Anthony Joshua or say that he could be at the top5 level of cruiserweight or heavyweight, that statement is ridiculous. He looked bad against those football players who didn't have a clue of what they were doing.

1. I said Logan would definitely be heavier than anyone Floyd has fought, definitely be taller than anyone Floyd has fought, and MAYBE even more powerful. I came to that conclusion because P = m*v. In order to be more powerful than Logan, Canelo would have to have more velocity than Logan... which is definitely possible. But I never claimed that Logan would be the most powerful guy Floyd has fought.
2. I agree with you here too-I was merely pointing out that while this is a possibility, Logan does have this reach advantage that Floyd must learn to deal with. It's an advantage none-the-less.
3. I'm not sure what you mean by "sharp" punches. If you're saying Logan's not as accurate, I agree.
4. Logan is sparring pros. Do you mean in a professional fight?
5. Which sources? Also are these fighters the same weight as Floyd? Floyd fought Tony Pep in a professional fight once. Tony Pep was 6'2 (same height as Logan), but weighed much less than Logan. Floyd couldn't TKO him and they had to go to a decision.
6. I did not compare Logan to Anthony Joshua. I said that IF Logan has skill that is even SIMILAR to people like Anthony Joshua, then Floyd might be in trouble.

@@ish First of all this math doesn't make sense because it is not just the weight and speed itself, it is knowing how to transfer that weight to your punches. That is a technique that pro fighters take long years to master, so no, he does not hit harder than someone like Canelo. Just because somebody like McGregor is the same weight and as fast as Canelo it doesn't mean he punches as hard, and fact is he doesn't.
Secondly, how can you say that he has faced punishment and adversity? Do you really believe that he's been put in hell with quality pros through sparring? If that was the case he wouldn't even be fighting anymore, because I am pretty sure his face would start to get smashed and taking some brain damage, unless he is a Mayweather himself (wich he is not).
Finally, how can u even mention Joshua, Logan and the word SIMILAR on the same sentence???? If he was somewhere similar he should start a career in boxing and try to beat the best fighters out there, and we all know he can't last 1 round against a top15 cruiser. @@emalau Thank you for clarifying that to him! People don’t realize that the “knockout punch” power that Logan apparently will bring is not in him nor will be enough to be knockout worthy. He punches with his arms and shoulders and doesn’t generate his body into his punches (this can be seen in training footage recently & how you train is how you fight). He’s saying that his mass gives him power yet he won’t be able to generate that mass into his punch versus Floyd, especially if he throws wild & fights dirty as everyone is saying he will do. There is footage of Logan in his club where he was gasping for air versus a 10-0 boxer who looked to be 5’10, 170lbs, and his coach Milton was quoted saying “you’re still standing, aren’t you?”... Basically he was getting beat up by this guy...and people argue he will win versus Floyd? Floyd would’ve easily schooled that 10-0 boxer and the proof can be found on CZcams where he was filmed sparring some upcoming, young to-be champions. I won’t knock people *wanting* Logan to win, but it’s disrespectful to see them argue he’d beat Floyd.

Your theory will fly like a plane with no wings for a few reasons:
In boxing the bigger fighter normally wears out faster. Other main factors you're really not considering is that boxing is all about timing (about 90% of boxing). WHEN Floyd figures it out, Logan is done. Another is skill level. Let me simplify it for you, it's sort of like leading a person in a dance sooo Floyd can and will dictate the pace (because he's done it all of his life). Lastly, you didn't factor on composure and adjusting and only in ring experience will give you that and Logan sucked at both with KSI. Not sure what your fighting experiences are sir but you left some glaring wholes in your breakdown...with all due respect

turns out he is 4 weight classes higher than Mayweather. Logan was up to 220 lbs just recently and he did a serious weight cut to get down to 190 at the weigh in, he is then rehydrating and eating again to blow nack up over 200lbs for the fight. wild difference will be very impressive if Flyod doesnt get knocked down at least briefly once or more.

Yes Logan has the height, weight, reach and age advantage, but that dosent mean shit in a boxing match with the best technical and way more experienced boxer like floyd, heres how. Reach, logan knows he has that advantage and hes going to use it a 100%, but floyd knows how to get rid of that, like sliping under the jab and going to the body making him gas quicker or the head possible knocking him on the canvas. I do think Logan has a fair chance, people are definitely underestimating him. The betting odds were too good for me to not place a bet on him (I got in at 8x). However according to the regulations, unfortunately Logan cannot weigh more than 190 pounds or he will incur a 100k fine for each pound over the limit. I still think floyd has an slight advantage but I hope Logan wins.

The issue is that physics (strength and size) play very little factor in determining a winner of a boxing match. People who don't understand the sport think that its all about whose bigger, who can hit harder, who has bigger muscles, etc. In reality, boxing is like chess. Skills, muscle memory, and ring IQ come first.

One thing to add as well, clinching. Logan Paul has a history in wrestling and even held his own when he did wrestling with Paulo Costa (#2 middleweight ufc). Ksi had a lot of trouble dealing with logan's Paul's clinch and admitted it himself. Now imagine logan's reach with his wrestling talent, he would easily be able to grapple onto Floyd into a clinch and then punch him during the clinches. Floyd literally can't do anything about that, that's why I believe Logan has a high chance of winning (so long as he goes forth with such strategy)

I'm guessing if you're in Floyds training camp, you're not seeing Logans size as a huge disadvantage here. In reality, it makes Floyd much harder to hit. While Logan might look fierce to the untrained eye, he actually swings very slow and wildly and doesn't really box with any skill whatsoever.
Also, weight isn't necessarily a disadvantage either. Floyd is smaller, he's quicker, and Logans going to have to catch him. I predict that this fight is going to end in a similar way as the McGregor fight. Logan will gas himself out early, drop his hands even more than he already does, and pay dearly.
Also, its worth noting that in Logans last bout against a non-boxer, he looked gassed by round six. That's frightening. How long does it take him to gas himself out when he's boxing the greatest defensive boxer of all time?

Exactly. He completely ignored the fundamentals and science of boxing and made his theory just based on physical attributes. For example, he assumes punching power is entirely determined by your weight while ignoring leverage, speed, and snap which makes up the majority of a power in a punch. He has no idea what ring IQ is or muscle memory and how it plays into boxing.
People who don't understand boxing think everything is all about strength, size and power. The skill disparity is just too extreme here, Floyd could come out being 20% of his prime self and still wipe the floor with Logan. And considering how healthy and how well Floyd takes care of himself, I highly doubt he's degraded to 20% of his former self. Logan is slow, stiff, robotic, has a gas tank problem, doesn't use any leverage on his punches (just throws arm punches), and is laughably unskilled for the "professional level". He says that Floyd is going to have trouble reaching Logan because of his height yet Floyd has fought a 6'2" professional and had zero issue reaching him. And that guy was vastly faster and more skilled than Logan. Ultimately boxing is a thinking man's sport and referred to as the "sweet science", and Logan is just too inexperienced, slow, has major cardio issues because of those big/heavy muscles, with too many bad habits that I just don't see how he can win unless there's some freak event.
I haven't watched this guy in years I check back on ish13c expecting him to be on 500k subs or something and he still isn't on 100k...

It's not even close even in imagination. Logan has never been hit as hard as Floyd can hit. Floyd will take his heart quickly with some hard shots early. His size doesn't pose a threat. If you haven't boxed, you wouldn't understand. Floyd has already fought tall opponents. 190 is not that heavy. Floyd can fire off shots like the Flash. Your logic is flawed. That told me the mind set of both Floyd and Logan, go back and watch it then place your bets. Logan is being coached by Ryan Garcia who is way taller then Tank Davis and Devin Haney and Teo but ran away from all three just starting the facts. Logan is taller, heavier, younger, looks stronger.
