I’d love to sell physical items on my shop, but it’s hard to determine the shipping price when you have buyers inside and out of country. It would be nice if there’s a shipping calculator that can determine that for me and the buyer at the time of checkout like how it’s done on eBay. I also wish there were a way to categorize my blog posts rather than having to scroll down endlessly to look for a specific post, but overall, it’s been a pleasant experience 😊

Since Kofi doesn't print on demand, it'd be cool if you could add an option for Kofi to redirect to a physical shop once the payment is done. For eg, once the payment for a physical item is done, it could redirect to the Redbubble page of that item. I mean, 95% of the creators don't have printed Tees with them 😅

As I understand it.. videos that are added to coffee can be downloaded by any user or just a person without a subscription?
Hi, if you're referring to videos sold as shop content, the buyer would need to purchase the item to download/view the video. If it's a free shop item, then anyone would be able to download it.
i like using ko-fi to sell my lino prints, but i wish there was a way the platform would take in charge the shipping, like on vinted for example, where the company makes the label for you, and basically takes the shipping fee, and offers a tracking number for you; all you have to do is print the shipping label and slap it onto the package:) will that ever be available one day ?

I don't know if you can do this in your country, but here in Australia, we can use the Australian Post site. I enter the items weight, size and destination and it tells me how much it is, I pay on their site, then I can print a label, stick it on, take to a post office to send off... dont.. I do the same for ebay!

vinted does the shipping label and tracking number for you, all you have to do is print the label and stick it on the package:) the buyer pays the shipping fee themselves and the money goes to paypal since they are the one covering that part, you as a seller don’t have to do anything but send your stuff !!

Here’s what im confused about - where does physical merch come from? Do I have to have a source of it being made or os it produced somehow though Ko-Fi store? Like hoodies and t-shirts for example?
You will need to produce and ship physical items, we don't handle that for you I'm afraid!

I am attempting to add some t-shirts to my store. So far there are 7 colors to choose from and the sizes range from XS to 3XL. My problem is there is no option available for a potential customer to select their preferred shirt size and there aren't enough option slots available for me to list individual color and size for each shirt. There are only 12 option slots and it would require 49 slots to list every shirt color and size separately. How can I post them while also allowing the customer to choose a shirt size? This isn't a feature request btw, I'm just genuinely lost since this would be my first time selling on Ko-fi.
Edit: Also I don't want to make every single color a separate listing because it's going to look cluttered
At the moment the only way to do this would be to list the colours as separate listings, and then use the variant slots for the sizes. You can see how we've done this in our Ko-fi Shop (although I appreciate we have less items).ko-fi.com/supportkofi/shop

This is great, but I didn't understand a certain part. Regarding physical items, will the site print, package, and deliver, or how do these things work?
I would also like to know about this too - from the video it seems as though you just get the address and you have to organize the shipping part yourself.
Ko-fi doesn't handle any of the packing/shipping I'm afraid, you would need to organize that yourself ❤

There are 0-5% platform fees on sales (5% if you're a free user, and 0% for Ko-fi Gold users). PayPal and Stripe also take their normal transaction fees on all transactions.
