HEY MPOOMY & BRENDEN ❤. May we please have an episode dedicated to question 2 (being able to support your man and their emotional wellbeing). I think it's a really interesting topic. Maybe a conversation with two other couples. The conversation about men and their mental health is not really given a platform and women (their partners specifically) aren't aware of these issues and don't know where to help. To make it worse men find it hard, at times, to confide in one another because of the facade that society has forced them to put on. I think this may be a good platform for the conversation to start.

I watched this video yesterday and the part about tithing vs seeding stayed with me because today I am back here after a reflection. I think a lot of us are guilty of unconscious seeding and then later feel wronged because of the outcome. I am guilty of that. I have and still belief that it's a good and right thing to help whenever I can. I have also done it to an extent of sacrificing myself at time. Whenever the outcome was not the desired one I would feel wronged and fustrated. I guess alway blame the other person instead of taking responsibility for the part that I did not have a proper and honest discussion with the recipient or even take the time to evaluate or prepare the environment before seeding in it. This morning as I usual I was about to apply for a job on someone's behalf with the idea that it's going to help them and also get some pressure of me as we are family. I have done that in the past and when the person did get the job it things did not change I continued to carry the financial pressure. It used to hurt, fustrate and disappoint me so much and I would keep quiet about it and carry on a usual. So as I was about to apply, the seeding part came back to me and I began to have an honest conversation with myself first of what really my intention is and where the ground was fertile for that. In the end I came out with a different decision that I would let the person know about the opportunity and it would be their decision to apply or not. Should they need any assistance it would be their responsibility to ask for it. What I also learned is that previously even though not intentional I was robbing the person the decision to decide what they need to have been planted and grown in their soil and maybe forcing for my own ideal. This is applies to all sphere of life and its allows one to be conscious about what the intentional about what, where, how and why they invest themselves. I am also evaluating how I have been seeding (or lack thereof) on some of the things I want grow and achieve for myself. Thank you so much for this.

I've loved Brenden since he was on idols, I was already married at the time and my husband just love to be my opposition. But anyway I'm always referring to you guys in conversations with my husband coz duh I learn alot. I sometimes forward him links to your vlogs and I doubt he ever opened any.
Then today I was lounging outside and he came to lay next to me as I was about to start listening to the vlog. So when he heard the QnA he was immediately taken in and listening. Every question and answer he would have a comment. He really got into it.
I had a dream that we would listen to vlogs like this for very long and that conversations would flow from there...
