Adjusting the Bright Starts baby walker

How to adjust the height of the Bright Starts baby walker.
Turning the button located underneath the walker so that it runs vertical and then you press the button. That allows the frame of the walker to go up or down, adjusting the height. Once you have it to the height that's needed, turn the button 90° to lock it. it will lock without turning but I believe it's more secure when turned horizontally.
BTW... when adjusting the height, you have to continue pressing the button.
It's the walker that comes with a detachable car.

Why are the back wheels so stiff?? I dont think any baby would be strong enough to push themselves around in it.
