I have recently switched to zero drop shoes the two brands I have used are Xero and Groundies they allow that grip and ground feel without beening barefoot I love them

Just curious the reason why you start with the left leg when doing your Bulgarian Split Squats when super-setting? Is it because it’s your stronger leg, or another reason? Thank you for posting, love the transparency and advice!
Hey!! Thank you for this question! :) I start with my left because it’s actually my weaker side. If I push my reps here, I know I’ll be able to match that with my dominant side!
I dont like wearing shoes aswell so what I have use and works formis is Vibrams

Wow! While your physique is really balanced, I have to point out that after Lenda Murray, Natalia Murnikoviene, Heather Armbrust, Helle Trevino, and Margie Marvelous, you are the next quantum leap in leg development! Not just the sheer size (although, wow, that too), but the crazy muscle shapes, the flexing shapeshifts, and in general, the cartoonish proportions, and the Photoshopped look. I had to rewind the video multiple times because I literally didn't believe what I saw. Congratulations! I've seen the impressive changes you've made, and at this rate, you'll be Ms. Olympia soon. possibly this year. I'm a huge fan of Andrea, I think she's the best woman bodybuilder of all time (and one of the best regardless sex), and I'd love to see her win 11 titles, but looking at you this year, I think it's inevitable that you'll eventually come out ahead; and when it happens, I'll be happy for you because your literally-next-level physique will have earned it. I can't even imagine where you can still improve, but I'd love to see it.
