Crochet Society Unboxing 47

This months box is a blossoming with bright pink flowers, all outlined in rose gold and the lid has a scalloped edge. This box has me feeling all the 90s vibes and as a late 80s baby, I'm very much enjoying all the TV show references. Goodies for this month include a pompom pen, our usual crochet hook and stitch marker, as well as a pop up felt yarn caddy. Materials and components include a zip, safety eyes, embroidery thread, stuffing, and 6 balls of Charmed DK which is a Cotton based yarn and all the names relate to characters from 90s TV shows.
It's been fun going down memory lane and thinking of the TV shows I used to watch as a kid and the pompom pen is just so much fun. Now I'm not sure how I feel about the yarn itself, it's not as soft as other cotton yarns I've worked with in the past and the colours are a little odd for me. However we have 3 patterns to choose from, 'Share bear' a purple carebear, a granny square bag which can hold your yarn whilst you crochet, and a zipped checkerboard pouch which uses the zip included. We also have a selection of fun motifs that continue with the colourful theme too.

If you like a surprise then these will most definitely keep you on your toes. There is a box reveal on the main page each month which lists everything you get inside and features the designers who have created their exclusive patterns for each box too. Great way of meeting new designers!
There are several options for subscribing but you are also able to buy the boxes on their own, albeit a little more expensive this way.

It’s nice to see what is these boxes now as it is out of my budget get these anymore but I have plenty of them to keep me busy

Thank you for watching. I think box 48 might be my last one as I'm relocating and won't have the same income anymore unfortunately. I also have so many now that I haven't the time to make all the projects. Maybe in the future if there is a box I like the look of then I'll get it but we shall see.
