Those are standard out of the factory, I didn't need to replace them. I think they can still be got new, they are on the Chandlers Massey Parts site at about £125 each. Check ur local Massey dealer. if ur lucky a breaker might have 2nd hand ones but its unlikely as they are easily broken.
They are called fender or extension. Part numbers I got were 3698169M1 and 3698170M1 but you need to check to be sure these are right for your tractor.

Did u get a new radio in that Massey Ferguson 399 if so please tell me what wires u used to connect it up
In my 399 the old radio had standard ISO connectors on it and they plugged straight into the new radio

It is a JVC KD-R741BT with CD player USB slot and bluetooth
Do u know your Massey Ferguson 399 do u know we’re I could get them back black mudguards
Probably best got second hand from a breaker who would be stripping a 300 series
