I love all the custom paths and grasses and stuff that people use on their islands, I just hate using them myself. I always end up erasing them when going to pick something up, and it frustrates me to no end. So I only use the in game paths. Loving the look of this though. Can't wait to come visit maybe.
Oh god don't get me started on the RAGE I get when I accidentally kick out a custom sodding path!!!! Ughhhhhh 😂 It happens ALL THE TIME. I wish they would behave like the in game paths, especially when you apply them with the trowel!

I regret placing all the houses in the same spot when I started my island, it leaves absolutely no space for a cute entrance and I have to spend so much money to move the houses around. 😭
You can find them in several different ways: your villagers will be crafting each day and will give you the recipe when you speak to them, bottles wash up on your beach each day with a recipe in them, you can pop balloons for recipes and sometimes Isabelle sends you them to your nook phone at the beginning of the season :-)
