Everything the masters indoctrinate the slaves to believe is for the benefit of the master, not the slave. "Push yourself to the limit." "No pain, no gain." "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger." Getting people to compete to see who can work the hardest and fastest, in the most stressful or dangerous conditions, destroying their bodies as if this will earn them "bragging rights". It's all about programming you to be a more productive slave, while the masters relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

I never understood where science got the idea that stress is good in any way? I remember back in school (decades ago) they taught that balance and calmness (homeostatis) was the key to optimal living and to avoid stresses at all cost. I remember they taught us that when a body's internal state fell out of homeostatis even a little bit that problems would arise that would begin to compound and cause a negative chain reaction.

@@GoatisReviews there's an inverse relationship between procreative frequency and lifespan in the animal kingdom. the science surrounding onanism and ejaculation was very clear before our modern times, and was looked own upon heavily for its effects on the body, such as a large loss of nutrients and depressive mood which follows. Youre against stretching our muscles in unnatural ways, so why is jerking and tearing your reproductive organs healthy? If you were to jrk off for 10 minutes its healthy, but if you were to do it for 2 hours you would be sore, you mention a LOT in your videos that if you cannot do something for long periods without harm, then they are unhealthy. Whats different about this? Not only this but, nobody feels good after ejaculation, there is an acute loss of energy and motivation and rest is required to recuperate. If men would listen to their bodies they would find their bodies most definitely dislike the after effects of ejaculation. (not to mention the heart rate increase and the breathing frequency during masturbation or sex in general is a sign the body is out of homeostasis) Humans are meant to reproduce few offspring and take immense care of them and nurture them (that is if eugenics are even slightly a concern). About the Germanic People, this was noted by Julius Casesar "They have great praise among them for those who remain longest without sexual experience. Some think this makes for height, muscle, and strength. Indeed to have had knowledge of a woman before age twenty they think very shameful, and there is no hiding it..." I dont believe in religions or that there is some inherent truth behind anything besides nature and its purpose, but MORALS are MANMADE and serve to promote eugenics. Its literally what separates whit ppl from blk ppl, and any of the more beautiful or intelligent peoples. They have morals in place which serve to exalt nature and to promote evolution, aka creating thor and hercules types. wasting procreative fluid for no purpose other that to self gratify is harmful to the organism, is dysgenic, and it was widely known as such until very recently.. lol

I'm like u Goatis, I like Dr Eric berg too! Especially appreciate he's advice about salt and blood clotting avoidance ... Some things he says are wrong... Yes.he does regardless have some amazing nuggets of good advice.....
But, there is a little bit it of a rabbit hole! As you point out in your videos, he has flaws.
The problem is with Dr Burg , you can see how he really wants to help.... That's why we like him, but he has to some extent , taken too much for granted, he's taken research and put too much faith into it. ..... Without personal in depth research.
I totally appreciate your video here.
What grates me most, is that Dr Burg simply needs to go that little bit further , to comprehend the stresses are not always good! Stress can make us temporarily stronger, but does it make us healthier or live longer? Not at all, as you say Goatis ..... Why do Italians live longer then most westerns?? Butter, less stress, good meat .......

In critical care medicine, it is widely known that an increase in immune response (WBC) is caused from some sort of infection (or stress response from cold exposure, starvation, extreme workouts..ect). Herbal medicine cures "symptoms" by causing other "sympotms", or tricking the body into a cure by poisoning it further. This isn't exactly helpful to a healthy mind. "Fighting cancer" with "chemo" is NOT something anyone looks forward to - they know it poisons the body to fight off living cells that are unwanted.

Exactly, all cases of these things stem from those life situations, where someone wants to get into some extreme type of sports like fighting or wrestling along with bodybuilding and other risk-taking sports. Most boxers and wrestlers eventually develop concussions and severe brain damage over the course of their careers even without realizing it, all because of wanting to fulfill some idea that they "can do" something. And that's all that ends up mattering to them. It's an ego stroke. They are willing to endure pain, suffering, sacrifice, and burn up all kinds of energy, time and money, over that "idea". So yeah, it's just better to enjoy life and be healthy.

I don't know where you get this idea that all stress is bad for you. Stress apart from chronic stress build resilience, your body adapts and your immune system gets stronger. Weight training creates hypertrophy (small damage to muscle fibers) that are repaired with rest and creates stronger muscles in the long run. How can that be bad for you?
I think people get sick not because of cold but because their immune system is vulnerable when some virus enters their body through touching for example the counter at Mc Donald's, then they touch their mouth...etc.. nothing to do with temperature.

As a young nephrologist (kidney doctor) working with patients whose type 2 diabetes had led to kidney disease, Dr. Fung saw a clear relationship between prescribed insulin medication and weight gain, an observation that led him to intermittent fasting as a way to lower insulin and force the body to burn fat as energy. Today, Dr. Fung has prescribed intermittent fasting and a low carb diet to thousands of patients who have seen results that include reversal of type 2 diabetes, weight loss, and overall higher quality of life and wellbeing. In 2016, Dr. Fung published one of the first popular science books to recommend intermittent fasting for weight loss, The Obesity Code, which went on to sell over 2 million copies worldwide. Next, he published The Diabetes Code, which lays out his foundational approach to type 2 diabetes prevention and reversal. A New York Times-bestselling author, Dr. Fung has written numerous other books on disease prevention including The PCOS Plan, and The Cancer Code.
Dr. Fung completed medical school at the University of Toronto and a fellowship in nephrology at UCLA. Another example of this is that we would have had to lift heavy every now and then in order to move our food from location to location, prepare housing, and perhaps for tinier women - lift their children. The opposite of this would also cause our living conditions to decrease. I’m a Catholic on carnivore for context!

@SootyPhoenix "One of them" doesn't have to be a tribe member. That's just their longest and most established cover. Most of the tribe are actually deeply confused adamites, as in the bloodline of Adam & Eve. The SS (synagogue of satan) is the actual "they" - and the SS are any adamites literal born enemy.

Tomalix has a forehead that goes suspiciously backwards - that should tell you everything you need to know about his genetics, agenda and the overall idea of his channel.
The doctor looks to be the same, but no doctor would ever lie - right? Though it needs to be said, that most doctors are told, throughout their life, that exhausting yourself is healthy. They then give this "good advice" to their patients, because "I survived it, why shouldn't the patient". The doctor not realizing he's studied at a desk, calming his body down, while many of his patients go through physical labor - meaning they arrive in a weakend state, and are told to increase this weakend state by training excessively.
It's a spiral designed by idiots.

    • @SootyPhoenix
      @SootyPhoenix Před 2 měsíci +1

Having too much muscle is always unhealthy, that's why one's body never builds massive amounts of muscle unless one really forces it to (even if it already had the nutrients to do so). I do believe he is wrong to say exercise is never healthy though, but if your goal is health and longevity you should only exercise a little bit.

just plain wrestling. Basically all humans, even tribal humans have some form of mock combat. I think sports are (in general and in moderation) healthy and natural things that all humans do even in primitive tribal settings. It's the things like "training" and modern obsession with sports that become unhealthy. People don't just play a sport anymore. They go for runs, they sprint, they lift weights, and spend hours destroying their bodies to get better instead of just going to a field on a sunny day to kick a ball around with friends.

No human in nature works out and all of them are happier and healthier than us.
Why would you not have muscles if you don't work out? Nobody used to work out before the 2000s and everybody had muscles. Your cardiovascular health gets worse because of stress, I've proven this in my videos.
But why do you lie about abundant energy? You know that you sleep way longer when you work out because you have generally less energy.
