You get to engage two young adults- one who cuts the paper to a size of 8in x 8in while her job coach helps supervise the activity.
A young adult can cut approximately 300 sheets per hour.
Two: The raw paper is passed on to the machine operator who can produce 120 to 180 Dona or paper plates per hour.
The machine is semi automatic and safe even for severely autistic persons.
A job coach supervises the operation.
The paper used is 180 gsm available in any city.
The semi-automatic machines are available in metro cities and cost 75k.
The finished Dona or paper plates can be sold directly to Lorry wala or thela wala selling food or snacks or can be used in-house for snacks!
