Hey guys! It looks like some VERY good autos were forgotten in the tier list. The tiger spite and the age old bond to be exact. I did leave out quite a few other ones but those were on purpose due to how big the list was and because the guns I left out aren’t that great + unobtainable. With that being said I’d like to rank the 2 I missed down below!
Tiger spite: A tier due to the insanely clean scope it has + very good perks.
Age old bond: B tier because it has almost identical stats as the abyss defiant AND has low zoom with killclip! Just doesn’t have sword logic like the abyss AND also the scope bounces a lot which sucks.
I will be doing more tier lists in the future but I will do them right next time. I will be getting most of the gameplay next time and I will include EVERY SINGLE ONE (as long as it’s not sunset). I really do apologize for missing these two since they’re very good and I want to provide the best content I can. Hope you guys still enjoyed the video ❤ I WILL DO BETTER NEXT ONE.

Ya forgot the Age Old Bond, one of the best 360s
Reminder zoom helps recoil, stability and aim assit drop off. Zoom and rangefidner are still very much good things to go if you want to help those areas.
Rangefinder with p.instrument let you get some really crispy 3taps on iggy outside effective range.
Rangefinder extends aim assist drop off but also narrows the cone so you get less aim assist in its normal ranges. Also it narrows fov. Too many downsides for not nearly enough benefit for me to consider using up a perk slot anymore.
Interesting that the Suros exotic perk where it’s damage increases at half mag wasn’t spoken about

Finally some love for the Firefight, which is easily my favorite auto in the game. I run adagio on it, and it literally got me my adept Igneous Hammer this weekend. It is stupid, stupid good and to me that clean cross sight cannot be beat. Criminally underrated.

Sweet Business is a good weapon for a specific use : Titant, Actium War Ring, PVE. For other uses, there are betters options.
Exactly! Sometimes I use Sweet Business with Actium War Ring (Chest Armor) with my Titan and it's fun as well in PVE.
Monte Carlo with the that cool weapon skin actually makes quite good IMO. It somehow changes how the gun feels 🤷

a concept i have always thought would be cool for people who do a series of D2 weapon tier lists is to keep adding to the same tier list as you do each weapon type so we can slowly see all weapons against eachother on one tier list

Bro forgot age old bond which can roll tap the trigger kill clip with solid stats, low zoom, a nice sight, a good origin trait, and craftability

Poor Chrysura Melo didn’t make the list. Got my first We Ran with that 360. I think it still drops from Dares and the new exotic mission rotator list.
It only drops in Dares and sometimes xur brings It at weekends. It is amazing, for a good time It was the only weapon that I use.
Found a Chroma Rush in my vault with Dynamic Sway + Kill Clip and its been a lot of fun
6:04 Doesn't zoom still give you less recoil and more accuracy at longer ranges? Wouldn't it make it more consistent with 20 zoom?
On paper it does but when you take it in game it is noticeably harder to do good with high zoom from my personal experience. I’ve tried a bunch of guns to make it work but 16 zoom was just WAY too ez. Maps aren’t big enough in my opinion to take advantage of the zoom

Monte Carlo is good for melee energy, especially with my sun racer build for trials. I go flawless by cheesing maps with grenades and getting infinite health regen off that. That being said, when Markov chain times 5 is active it’s equal to swashbuckler times 5 in damage. I love monte

I love Eidolon Ally in PvP. Very stable & accurate so it works as a good hybrid of AR & SMG ranges which has gotten me so many kills.
Maybe stats aren’t as good as some others but it can still kill very efficiently & I just love the feel of it.
do you have a ranking like this but for pve weapons?

Hey wallah what about tigerspite from the dreaming city/shattered throne? Its a 450 with kill clip.
False Promises got done so dirty by the zoom nerf. It used to be a niche option for long range and felt amazing to use at distances where its 20 zoom wasn't too stifling, but now it's not special when any auto can hit super high range and the zoom just makes it feel worse. Genuinely bummed.
I actually have a Come to pass with 5k kills on it so far, with 98 range 43 stability 31 handling and counter balance mod making it so easy to keep on target near beam quality. I really like the scope and placing D tier seems a bit harsh perhaps C tier but I would say B would even be warranted.
Remember when Hardlight gave that one map a new name, "The Death Donut"? I remember, that shit was so bad.
And when Suros was an S-Tier pick in general.

This is the best video ive seen you make in a while and I definitely think you'll get more traction on your channel if you keep doing higher quality edited videos like this, also i like the muted game sounds because it makes it soo you can actually hear the content in the video
My only problem with the video is there issnt any subtle music in the background that just adds a whole vibe to the video
Its anecdotal but as a Tommy's Matchbook gamer i feel like this puts to words how I feel about the gun in a way that I didnt pick up on. With the range changes it definitely feels very new, in prior seasons the gun was a very good dueling gun and would be lethal in any situation where you could get a well, but recently it feels like I'm just missing a lot of my shots and it almost feels like im lagging when I feel like I've trained a lot of muscle memory to be able to stay on target. I hope this is something that causes the gun to get some visibility and actually initiates some change
You forgot 6 other old school OG Auto Rifles..... the 450 auto rifle "The Number", The 360 auto rifle "Age-Old Bond", the 450 auto rifle "Horror Story", the 450 auto rifle "Tigerspite", the 360 auto rifle "False Promise's" and one of the better most slept on 600 rpm auto rifles in the game "The Forward Path".
Herod C is on there in F tier, but yes that’s a good number of autos he forgot

Great tierlist, I personally only got a crafted Rufus and don’t think it’s that much better than my crafted sweet sorrow tbh. Like the stats are slightly better and it can roll a damage perk like paracausal, but that’s about it, I think the sweet sorrow aswell as the chroma rush deserve to be A-Tier
Shadow price (as well as palindrome) both haven’t been reintroduced with legacy focusing at Zavala so it’s not an available option, but other than that love the vid
Been using 450s since they were nerfed cause of the 600s, both glad and annoyed theyre getting recognition they deserve. Also had someone think tigerspite was a trials weapon and ive never been more confused

F tier for Tommy's Matchbook is criminal. A 720 auto (most competitive archetype with decent stats) featuring a built in 55% damage boost is at least D tier no matter how many bullets it whiffs
Like... come on dude. 0.50 optimal TTK at all resilience levels in exchange for heating yourself up and shredding a few bullets out of a magazine of 100, and now that healing is on demand? I cannot be convinced that this gun has no place at all, terrible take

@@blitzgear02 If you got the TTK values from d2foundry it's actually not that accurate since you need some shots fired to proc the perk, which d2foundry doesn't account for, but yeah it probably doesn't belong in F tier

Doesn’t fragile focus stop working once you are hit? I see a lot of emphasis as a good perk but it isn’t up in many gunfights. Or am I missing something ?

However,i do think you did Tommy's Matchbook dirty. I have used the gun on and off since release, and with the release of the skin, am now maining it. I disagree with your assessment of the shots not connecting, in fact, its just the damage numbers that dont appear. Yes, this feels very strange, however if you commit to the target as you should with any other auto rifle, the damage is in fact connecting, thus the TTK doesn't change. For a weapon with an on demand damage perk, its undeniably awesome. And very much S- tier in the right hands. Ive personally scorched a well to ignition with proper strafe to win a few post flawless games. Respect it

My man didn't just put sweet business in f, literally FASTEST TTK IN THE GAME, HOW.
I use auto rifles alot, and I disagree with quite a bit of this. With the range compression, you have more options and flexibility, but it just seems like that's all ignored. Come to pass for example, can have incredibly high stability while still touting good range and still have a damage perk, if you use polygonal, steady rounds, perpetual, and a stability masterwork. That's 61 stability before p.motion kicks in, bringing it up to 81, with decent bumps in handling/reload. With Golden Tricorn, you pushing out your range a bit further and punching targets in ways some S tier autos can't, and that's just investing in stability.

Its my go to. Always used it and used it way before the ammit became meta. I have 10k pvp kills with it and around 30k in pve
firefright is a good call, Although im biased as it's been my go to for a few seasons now. I have mine with fragile focus and ele cap on void to give it a base stat of 96 stability
Many people only say which weapons are good , but not which weapons on MNK or controller would be better
Ammit needs its own tier list because of how busted it is😂
What you forgot to mention about suros, is that as the magazine gets lower damage gets higher. Suros Regime is the easiest plug and play that can battle some of your s teir weapons and that goes for Destiny 1 and 2
