My 3utools 2.56 wont let me access the ipsw file so that means I cant flash anything also I have windows 11, could windows 11 be the problem

My device was suddenly disconnected for whatever reason. Do you know what could be the issue? I cant jailbreak it again so i had to restore it through itunes but i want to try it again. Can it be the aftermarket cable?
