She seems super nice and is very cute, you better not mess this one up Alex! LOL, I'm going to provide some tips here, so it might be a little long but please read it!
Just be calm, be yourself, and here's a tip that works: Write down in your phone, a list of questions or things you would like to ask to get to know her better, she seems like she enjoys conversing about things, which is good. In order to avoid awkward pauses, ask her more about what she says, and then state your opinion and on it and then go from there. So for example, when she said that she likes Korean food, you could have mentioned what your favorite dishes were and why, etc. Also, try to avoid topics like politics and religion, at least early on. These will be more important for long term relationships since it's important to be on the same level with someone in terms of values, principles, beliefs, etc, in addition to having things in common. You will discover that you have many things in common and some that aren't in common, but that's ok. Focus on the things you have in common, but also have her try some of the things you like to do, as maybe she hasn't tried it yet and thus she might end up liking it. This can apply to music, activities, sports, places to go, types of food, types of shows/movies, etc. Also, don't take keep on texting her over days and days before setting the date, even if you're going to livestream the instagram convo. Set up a time and place for the date after maybe the first day or two maximum of chatting on instagram. Also, try to progress to getting her number since it's a more personal and intimate way to communicate, and actually talk on the phone/video chat with her. It shows confidence and trust me talking on the phone/video chat will be able to build the connection and emotion so much faster! It's the second best thing to actually interacting in person. Also, make it clear (if these are your intentions) that you like her and would like to eventually have the friendship develop into a relationship. You don't want to be stuck in the friendzone! So I am not a body language expert, but a lot of positives. When she said she has no boyfriend, she was looking directly at Alex instead of at the camera or away. She also was constantly looking at him trying to make eye contact even when he was looking at the camera. I think this one is a winner!
