For me it's a tie between this outro and the outro on DOWN - Bury Me In Smoke (especially live versions)
"Fun" fact: The outro is as long as an average human can hold their breath until they drown.
Don't wan't to question this, but so you have a source for this?
The outro starts about 8 minutes and 44 seconds into the song which means that the duration of the outro is aproximately 70 seconds. It depends on the person, but most people can hold their breath for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. On average 60-70 seconds.

In an interview Joe Duplantier (singer guitarist of Gojira) said something I find really True and it's a kind of summary of your Journey into metal music.
He said : "at first when someone Listen to Gojira's music He feels like it's mostly noise and it's a destructured music, but if that person give another Listen He begins to find a sense and a beauty to the music" (I tried to translate from french)
True... Heard them first time with Metallica 2015 and it sounded live a lot like noise... Later I approached their tracks and now they are one of my favorite prog/tech/death bands :)))
Gojira is one of the most melodic metal bands I heard, and I listened to quite a lot, haha and it's death metal, man

I think sepultura sounds a little similar but only for some songs
Spiritualism has a huge place in their music. I'd say the nearest bands/artists to them would be Devin Townsend, Deftones and Tool. Not musically, but on what they aspire to pass on their music. It's not a musical point of view but it has a huge influence on what they sound like
Except for sepultura and morbid angel.
The drummers name is Mario Duplantier. Remember the name. He’s quite possibly one of the greatest drummers of his generation. The band as a whole is fantastic. They are so special. Listen to The Gift of Guilt by them. It’s a veritable masterpiece.
The guitarist/singer is his older brother Joe Duplantier. You may have known this, but just in case you didn't.

Definitely with the (Awoken) intro before it. It really adds to the song. There are few intros to songs in metal that really add, but this one is my number one... Really sells the punch when the song hits!

I got to see them live at knotfest in 2019 and they’re just really good. I’m so happy I got to see before the pandemic happened:) you’ll love it when you get a chance.
I got really lucky and got to see them at red rocks amphitheater and it is still my favorite memory and will be for a long time. Just an incredible experience.
They are not in my Top 500 metal bands... I do not hate it, but it’s simply not good.

Exactly the same I felt the first time I heard Avenged Sevenfold's Scream, back in 2007. Watching The Rev play and sing pushed me up to become a metal drummer myself, one of the best decisions I've ever made. So, if you can, give it a try, it's funny as hell!

Gojira makes me happy too, bud. Seeing them play live was an experience I'll never forget. You're right, their music is extremely heavy but there's an absolute beauty to it that I cannot wrap my head around, and I'm sure if I could it wouldn't be quite the same. Their music never ceases to surprise and delight me. One of my favorite bands.
