    We use our minds to change our brains.
    As the saying goes, neurons that fire together, wire together.
    The more time you spend in a given mental state, whether that’s practicing a skill, refreshing your phone screen on social media in the hope of finding something rewarding (basically a modern version of pulling the lever of a slot machine), or even being in a particular mood, the more your brain’s pathways adapt to reinforce that behavior in the future.
    You deserve to be in a calm mental state.🙏
