The eyeshadows are very pretty. I have Kasbah Spice and it’s a beautiful warm/neutral. It doesn’t last on me all day but it does last 5-6 hours. I will probably not pick up another one but they are so pretty it is tempting.
Hi Jennifer! Thanks for featuring two of the new YSL quads. Though both quads look great, I prefer the over-brun (your right eye) as the shimmer shade is more lid-smoothing from all angles (noticeable as you turn your head). Do you intend to feature the other two quads in another video? I would love to see the orange quad on you - as Spontini Lilies is my favorite YSL quad from last year.
#710 is yellower than I thought it would be. It's sitting in my mail locker, so I'll be able to try it today. But #700 is just beautiful on you. It isn't too much, and it is elegantly dramatic. Those shadows are the creamiest powders I have ever felt. Great formula. Thanks for the video!💚
Jen, when you try the next Quads, if you're not going to be showing the actual application, can you hold off putting the glitter all over the top? I do not apply eye-shadows with an all over glitter and more interested in seeing the individual shades and how they apply. These looks mean nothing to me, as they both look the same, just glitter. If I'm going to go to the trouble of creating a gradient, I'm not going to cover up everything with a topper. I've never been a fan of toppers in the first place, except when using a single more vibrant shade underneath. What I'd do with the more brilliant shimmer, is to start from the inner corner of the eye and gently sweep it up onto perhaps a third of the lid as a last step. Therefore, one hasn't covered up the entire look. I'd just appreciate seeing the actual shadows perform to be honest. I cringe when I see a lovely look created and then, in comes the shimmery blob right in the middle of the eye that competes with the inner corner blob. If all the ingredients are the same and they are in the same order on the label, that doesn’t mean the amount of each ingredient is still the same. The amount of a particular ingredient might have been increased or decreased but not so significantly that it impacts the order in which it is listed on the label. Let’s say water was originally 75% and was listed first on the label. A new formulation might have decreased the water to 65% but it is still the number one ingredient in the formulation and so it is still listed first on the label. Bottom line: The label doesn’t tell the whole story.

I like the dark side , but love the shimmer on the other side. The formula looking more shimmer than like glitter They are nice for sure
I am so tempted by that same shade in the 700 quad. If I can just buy that pinky nude, I would do it in an instant.
