- Merry Litha everyone! Thanks so much for joining me under the maple tree again. Wow, we are going through an incredible shift right now that really began at the beginning of Beltane and is flowing into Litha. This shift is helping us to purge old programs and paradigms so that we can realign with our highest purposes and timelines. The sun is at his most powerful and is supporting us through all of these shifts as we create new foundations by making power moves that support us walking a more purposeful path. My Litha video dives DEEP into the current energy forecast and what we can do during this shift.

it´s almost too hot to do sun
worship here :)
the actual peak time for me this
year was again in april and may,
that´s when i was doing 8-10 hour
days!
now i´m doing 4-hour in the
morning and then just walking
around with the Sun Lady in
the afternoon, of course without
shirt on (you have to, otherwise
feels kind of wrong).
i would almost say different
spirits, spring sun and summer
sun.. sometimes it feels i´m
cheating spring with the summer!
it´s funny, the wind, even
when you want to be alone with
something, you can´t.. today
when i was walking with the sun,
there was also the summer wind,
there was brother sand under my
feet (i feel different from the
feminine earths, i feel all the
earths are different), there
were many flowers and trees,
birches, aspens and rowans
(rowan is flowering here, one
of the signs of midsommer,
first wild strawberries is another).
so for me the sun spirit is
feminine, but i do agree that a
lot of my male drive comes from
that power.. it´s kind of both..
when i follow the sun it´s like
i´m following a girl in a nice
summer dress, where have we
seen that :)
ps. no shadow work in the sun!
she wants that attention for
herself, i know, i´m with her :)
(seriously i guess i would say
that because it´s the time of
movement and action, so kind of
opposites you know, maybe at
night time)

it´s funny now that the actual
solstice holiday is, it´s starting to rain!
i think the sun might recognize the
true followers from those who are just
off from work ;)
i understand the goal of shadow
work, i just think there is a time and
place for everything (some people
might have too much chatter happening
in their heads, i have thoughts too,
but it´s not introverted, that´s where
the sun has helped me greatly, going
outwards to the world, embracing the
natural world).
i´m living it, but it´s not about me.
