  • Most Effective LEG & GLUTE Workout with Resistance Bands | Leg & glute Workout with Long Band
    feat. Long Resistance Bands from FITBEAST.
    In this workout we will go through the most effective exercises that you can do with the resistance bands. There will be two blocks of leg exercises. In the first block we will focus on the compound exercises such as deadlift, squats etc. and in the seconds block we will focus on activating and training the glutes specific. Each block contains 6x exercises, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between and we will do each block for 2x rounds in a row.
    If you want to increase the intensity of the exercises you can use a thicker band or combine weights such as dumbbell or kettlebells with the long band to boost up the intensity. If you are looking to increase the volume of the workout, you can do 3x or maybe even 4-5x rounds of each block!

    Here’s the thing. czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

      The best way is to order a set and use different bands for different muscle exercises, for example legs are stronger and need more resistance compared to biceps for example

    Hi Daniel, thanks for the workout!! It went all right... I have to say, I struggled with form in some exercises. E.g. in glute kickback I didn't feel much contraction... Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Perhaps CZcams shorts explaining the good form for some of the exercises and also what muscle groups are targeting in them will help. Also, some of the exercises worked more on my lower back than I expected 😅

    I don't know if it's only me but I had so much difficulties to do this exercise. For example, in the second part, after each reverse lunges, I couldn't change the leg because either the band dropped or if I pulled too much to the front, I lost my balance. I couldn't come back from the pulled squat position easily without losing my balance. I didn't feel the impact so much while trying to figure out how to do the moves correctly. I used 3 long resistance bands because one felt light but maybe 3 of them were too much. I don't know what caused failure when I was doing it :( but my favourite was banded hip thrust.

      your back is properly weak because with the band you will feel the constant pressure on them (hope Your form is ok!)

      I'm not a plastic surgeon but hypertrophy workout can indeed help the muscles to grow but it takes consistency, time patient and hard work.

      I would say take picture in the same room / same lighting time to time to see if your body is changing. The other way would be measuring your body-parts with measuring tape and comparing them and/or with the scales that also measure bodyfat and muscle mass (not that they are always 100% accurate but they will show you some set-points). Hope this helps and hope that you are gaining muscles :D

    Asking cause I don't know... Does this burn thigh fat making it smaller and all? Or does this bulk you up? Or does it do both?

      Good Question, the thing is that there are no fat burning workouts...with resistance training in general you stimulate the muscle to become thicker so muscle mass will increase and with cardio workouts you are more working on your stamina (in general). Bulking and getting lean in more about the nutrition! simply said if you eat less than what your body needs for a period you will lose weight (get lean) and if you eat more than what your body needs you will bulk (get heavier).
