क्यों बनाई WAG-12 की COPY WAG-9 TWIN रेलवे का नया इंजन | New Toy of Railways

CLW (Chitranjan Locomotive Works) is a manufacturing unit of Indian Railways has just released new 12000 HP Locomotive named WAG-9 Twin which coindently has same design just like WAG-12 from Alstom.
In this video i have explained why CLW has manufactured these locomotives and what is the future of these Locomotives in indian Railways
