Problem is in powerbank.
When charger/Powerbank becomes weak it doesn't charge phone. It discharges the phone. Try to change data cable first then.If won't work purchase a new Powerbank

There are gentleman in this world, probably this guy wiped all the data without getting into the phone. Or probably restored the info and call a family member of the person who throw the phone and then contacted and gave her all her info without him seeing any private info of that person.

Nope, he uses them as digital photo frame...shown at last...
If I was him, I would restore the phone and them probably unlock the password (without seeing any private info) and check for sim-card contacts and see if there is a family around the person, then contacted the owner if possible and tell them that i restore their phone and... if they want all their info for free, and if they accept cool.
then is 99% probably that they will tell you to keep the phone of course because you repaired it, or probably they will ask if you may return the phone, but of course there you need to ask for money in return because you repaired it.
Pretty sure he can do this faster cheaper than people near my house that I pay $100 just for them to say that I need to go to the proper Apple shop in order to fix my iphone

Hi, I would like you to answer my question. How did you learn everything you show in the videos? How did you learn to repair smartphones?
if its the same for him as it is for me then well trial and error, after a while you learn the basic concept of how everything is, pretty much phones are like puzzles, i used to be scared to do what he does but that went away and now i can pretty much fix any phone unless the parts are discontinued or something
it is really hard to explain exactly how, you pickup things from everywhere, piece by piece and with time you just get better and better
I think it's from experience, just like my dad, he's been an engineer all his life and somehow he can fix anything even my broken ps4
I think that he has done a 9 to 12 months training and after that he has got better with experience
