I recently found myself in a difficult situation, and a CZcams video(This one) appeared in my Recommendations that resonated with my struggles. I haven't been feeling my best lately. I've been struggling with laziness and a lack of motivation, leading to overeating and excessive sleeping. I've lost interest in foods I once enjoyed, and my sleep patterns are erratic - sometimes sleeping over 16hours, other times barely getting 3-4 hours of rest.
To make matters worse, I'm dealing with financial stress that affects me. Despite feeling motivated to make a change and work towards a brighter future, I'm held back by self-doubt and negative self-talk, leaving me feeling stuck and labeling myself as a "lazy human being."

From childhood I've always doubted my ability even after working hard i'm not able to give my 100% in any aspect of my life because i've that negative self image in my mind that no matter what I do but my preparation will not be enough to excel in exams or any other activity. I will apply all the steps you've suggested in the video 👍👍
After i watched this video my thought will totally changed but at the end i genuinly don't know that that i want to TAKE ACTION meaning its may be now a time i've not. But finally i figure out that its 10% need your knowledge and words but on the other hand you must be try to take action as well as 90% of your life .
