Thank you to everyone who came to take class. I love editing this footage and seeing the joy on everyone’s faces and the confidence in your movement. That’s where it starts! It doesn’t matter how skilled or talented you are, if you don’t believe in yourself or love what you’re doing - you’re probably not going to be happy.
I’ve only recently learned that happiness is not necessarily a destination, but a journey. Finding the little things that make you smile, enjoying the energy you share with others, and always being curious to learn and grow along the way.
Thankful to be a small part of so many of your journeys. ILY!
