Depends what type of people moving in. If it’s the good and educated then it could be good. But if it’s the degenerate irresponsible people, then it’s obviously not good.
@@YHWHkingdomnegative all you need is the voter base of bad cities and that right there can either ruin if the voter learned nothing or fix if they did the educated aren’t so educated nowadays as they play more into politics what you actually want to move in is the middle class working American the silicone valley type seem to be distant from the politicians they vote in you want factory auto and construction workers aswell as entrepreneurs you don’t want Google Facebook, and things of the like those people vote based on virtue signaling, and they live far from the things they complain about with it being a valley on predicting its growth will be based on the first three that I named now it being cheap you will still get some bad class but as long as there is a decent force and the city and county do not play around it should all work out but let’s sit back and watch
Why can't they build old style smaller 2 or 3 bedroom houses? Why do all these new houses have to be huge 2 story homes that take huge amounts of power to heat and cool and maintain? Build some common sense places.
